Henry is the best!! I accidentally locked my keys in my car and he was so kind when helping me, I was so stressed out and having that kindness and genuine desire to help made me almost cry. He really needs a raise or something for his willingness to help customers and how he’ll go above and beyond! The food here is also great, very much recommend!! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had me and my family sitting in curbside waiting for a mobile order for about 20 minutes. They had customers but not super busy. All my mobile order contained was a 4 piece happy and med fries. After calling the store to ask about my order, they actually made it right. The food was fresh, our daughters 4 piece upgraded to a 6, and a free apple pie!! Thanks guys! It's funny because the exact day I chose to read the reviews of this McDonald's, I stated that I've never really had the problem that others complained about.... then I pulled in. I placed my order in the drive-thru with my kids. I was given my drinks and asked to wait at the curb around the corner. (Normal when you order chicken) My kids and I waited, sang songs, joked, and waited some more. After 20 minutes of others getting their orders behind us, I chose to go in, just in case our order was ready and no one could bring it out. I asked the woman at the counter how much longer for my drive-through order? As I had been waiting 20 minutes. She turned to the girl next to her, asking if she put me on the curb. Both denied asking me to do so. Then another man was involved and told me I was not, in fact, asked to wait for 20 minutes. He then yelled to another person in the back and said, "This lady was asked to wait and has been waiting for 20 minutes," to which I heard, "No." Another 15 minutes later and 3 ppl advising me that I was not on the curb 20 minutes, they then handed me an incomplete order after I had been asked 2 additional times to repeat my order. An additional 5 minutes later, my order was complete and cold. 40ish minutes after my drive-thru adventure began. I've been repeatedly warned about this location but continue to give them chance after chance....I guess that's my fault. No more. I'll drive out of my way from now on. Slow for delivery orders. I deliver and several times there's been several other drivers waiting inside for someone's order. Drive-thru is a different story...fast service... polite servers...hot fries... It's been my 3rd time coming to this particular McDonalds, and every time, they mess up my order. I don't know what it is 😕 Maybe it has to do that I use the app for discounts. I got a $3.50 bundle double cheeseburger and fries and a medium coke at the drive thru. Service was fast but when I gave my card to the guy at the first window to pay, he didn't even make eye contact when handing it back to me. Fries were hot and crispy and tasted great. It's a McDonald's. Everything went smoothly, we received what we ordered. It was drive- thru, and ketchup was oozing out of my burger, almost dripped on my carseat. I bought breakfast today for myself and my friend. I ordered and paid on the app, then picked it up at the counter. Strange thing the hash browns tasted like the grease was old. You know that sharp feeling you get in your throat when grease is old..? Well it's prolly like a day or so over due time to drain the vats and put new vegetable oil in. One other time, I ordered two muffins with egg cheese and ham and there was no ham on either one. Hey manager. You gotta make sure all crew members stay on top of their game.
