They are absolutely my favorite McDonald's to go to, and they're always fantastic with service. I messed up ordering and ordered at theirs but was sitting at the other McDonald's, called them and they were super awesome about it even though I made things complicated on accident. Want to update that they're still 5 stars. Not only is the food fresh and tasty, but they were able to handle all of my special orders with no problem, including extra cheese on the fish sandwich, which most McDonalds will mess up by only putting 1 piece and leaving off the half, but these guys nailed.it every time! Y'all need to update your drive-thru hours on Google, please. It currently states your drive thru is open until 12:00AM. We were there at 11:15PM today, February 3rd, 2024 and the drive thru is definitely closed. Super frustrating(not to mention disappointing) when you go out of your way to come to this location specifically because the information provided says you're drive-thru is open. 2-7-24 UPDATE -Store closes at 10:00PM now each night. -I have been informed by management that all McCafé food has been discontinued. -NO MORE CINNAMON ROLLS PEOPLE! Let us all remove any headwear, lower our heads, and give a moment of silence for our fallen loved one, the McCafé cinnamon roll. - The employees here really seem to care about the food they are making and put extra care and effort into it. Which is probably why in the mornings the dual lane drive-thru can have anywhere from, (including the person ordering), 3 to 5 cars in each lane sometimes. ***TIP!*** Try the breakfast sausage burrito and be sure to order it WITHOUT CHEESE. Don't let them tell you they can't either. It's a MUCH better item! If you have a convection oven at home try taking 2 extra without cheese home with you. Open up the wrapper and using a sharp knife make, as tall as you can, an "I" cut in it without cutting all the way through. ( Leave the tortilla wrap on the bottom uncut. You're really just cutting the tortilla part on top. ) Now, spread open the burrito. Try to make it as flat as you can to make spreading out the filling evenly easier. Next part is up to your preference. I like placing the 2 cut open burritos directly on the metal grate and placing the grate close to the top heating element. ( You don't want it too close that you burn anything of course. ) Start out by setting the temperature to around 300°F ( Adjust as needed for the best results of a crispy tortilla that's able to support the filling as you eat. If you burn it then you are cooking too fast. ) and on the "broil" setting or whatever it might be called on your own little convection oven. You'll start smelling something amazing around 5 minutes in. Usually 10 to 15 minutes cooking is right depending on your device. Look for the tortilla getting golden and sausage bits bubbling. Adjust the location of the tray as needed. It should come out pretty hot, give it a minute to cool before pulling onto a plate and use the salsa packs as desired. It tastes completely different and is just amazing. Experiment to get things just right. ENJOY! Ordered 2 breakfast meals with Frappes. They moved the line pretty quickly. However we did have to pull up and wait for our food. But it was very fresh and hot when we received the food. Went in there to get some lunch for me and my kids yesterday and I saw the most rudest interactions with I think it was a manager and a young girl. She was yelling at the girl for saying something I couldn’t really hear what was being said. The girl said something of the words I won’t do it sorry something like that and the woman starts yelling at her again like two minutes later when she started doing her job again. The girl ended up crying. She handed off my food and I’ve seen her a couple times. She looks like a nice young girl and has some manners unlike this woman. Absolutely atrocious and mean. The girl ended up crying and said she was leaving. People need to learn respect!!!especially to their teenage workers!!!and this is not the first time I’ve seen this woman be rude!! Need to find out her name so she can be fired!!!! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
