Walked in and ordered on kiosk. The guy behind the counter quickly gave us our cup, and then shortly thereafter, our food was ready. Pretty quick service. Disgusting place to eat we ordered dessert and it had mold…..MOLD! We brought it to the manager Lupes attention and she kept denying it was mold with out even looking at it correctly. My husband ate half of the fritter, instead of apologizing she was rude, typical attitude for a McDonald’s manager.

Used to be fast, but it's been so slow and unorganized lately. I ordered one ice coffee and one sandwich on the app, and waited at the curbside for 15 minutes, nobody came so I went to the drive through window, after I told them what I ordered (I don't know if they had looked at my order) they gave me my drink but no sandwich, I asked for the sandwich and they said they had already given it to me and then they saw it on their counter.... It's going downhill 👎

The last time I went to this store I must say that my experience was not entirely pleasant because it was the afternoon shift.. but today...at the drive thru window Wow!!! I went to buy breakfast and what an experience! Sean and Marvin are such a kind, pleasant and attentive couple of young men, I congratulate you guys, excellent work and attention, God bless you and continue to be so kind and hardworking. Usually when you wait 10 minutes for a soda and fries the fries are at least hot. Then the girl running the window tried to say we already got our drinks because she saw an old container. Service was fast but the kid at the drive through window had a significant attitude problem. The other kids at the second window were good. The biggest problem was one of the employees was in the parking lot screaming at another person. They were both screaming vulgarities for my kids to hear and repeatedly using the “N” word at each other. Other employees were gathered around enjoying the show.
