To the manager on duty 2/27 2pm, i just wanted to thank you and your crew for the 1/4 pound burger that was prepared for me exactly the way i dont want any burger served! Cheese was not melted and not carefully placed the burger which was “cold” the onions just rite pickle as it was supposed to be and the bread fine. So to serve a 1/4 pounder in this way is not how McDonalds has made their name, is it? For the price that is charged for this burger i think the least you can do is see that you’re putting out a brand representative burger. This was not freshly made and should have been discarded. This order was done through your app. The medium fries that came with the order were excellent, hot and done perfectly. If hit or miss were the corporate slogan your location would wear it well! Can never seem to get my order straight and ALWAYS forgets to put my sauce in the bag after they charge me for it. This franchise sucks! Completely ridiculous you have to pay for honey mustard on the side and even more so ridiculous they can’t even remeber to put it in my bag. “Pinching the pennies and deciding for you” is the mission of this McDonalds franchise owner. If you don’t order McNuggets, you don’t get free McSauces (because nobody dips fries in sauce or tops their sandwich with it… they decided that) if you order a 6 piece McNugget on the app, and ask for 3 McSauces, they’ll decide which 2 you get. Didn’t get what you want? Gotta pay extra. Interested in a cup of water? Extra charge. On the good side of things, I typically have gotten fresh fries and food, and staff is mostly friendly. Self Refillable station- no more kids playing area. Very well kept clean in the bathroom and all tables. Well maintained. Horrible signs and format of the drive thru.

Horrible customer service. Orders are always wrong and they don’t even provide you an receipt. They don’t even do cook to order foods properly and before you say it’s just McDonald at least do the bare minimum. If you aren’t capable of doing that then how can you expect to achieve anything. Unfortunately can’t say I won’t be back, but I will be making sure my orders are done properly from now on because even though it is a fast food place it has standards to some degree. If I could give it a 0 I would. Just ordered off GrubHub to enjoy a meal with my boyfriend and it came with a PIECE OF MOLD in his Sweet Tea drink. Mcdonald’s never cleans there machines this is absolutely DISGUSTING. Never ordering from this location again 🤢👎🏼
