Went to order food in a driveway. After placing an order, it took 10 mins to make the payment. None of the cars are moving for 10 mins. I gave it a 2 star for what I experienced last Saturday morning. My order comprised of a medium coffee. When the person handed me over my food, I politely asked for the coffee and I was replied "you gotta wait for it" in a rude way. Same comment could be made properly to a customer. Maybe you just lost a regular customer because of your behavior. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Went through the drive thru and one of the coworkers Luc had amazing service! It’s been a long time since I’ve come across an employee who was so passionate about their service and so attentive to their customers. She was incredibly nice, helpful and very charismatic. A wonderful bit to my day! Everything I ordered came in the bag and was nicely put in place. Very satisfied with going through the drive thru today! She is the best!!!!! NEVER COME HERE. Awful service and no care for customers. I’m not local to this area but I stopped by for breakfast around 9 am this Saturday via the drive thru. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and latte. I was told to pull to the other side because the latte machine was being cleaned or something - wrong time to do that btw. I waited for 25 minutes then I finally got my sandwich. No latte. I was ignored until I decided to come in and ask after 30 MINUTES about my latte. They said oh the machine is not working and then gave me a drink. This is not a latte. They served me hot water and milk and whatever else they put in this. This is extremely dangerous and disgusting service. They could have refunded me or asked me to pick another drink, not serve me god knows what after making me wait a half an hour. I demand a refund and I will be escalating this report higher up as multiple employees brushed me off and did not provide what I paid for. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a fish sandwich and asked for it to b fresh please, before I pulled off I checked and my cheese was cold as ice slapped on the sandwich the backed up and told the girl “the cheese is not melted, can I please have a fresh one” she says “it’s not supppsed to be” if you look up all McDonald’s fish sandwich the cheese is shown at least slightly Luke warm…I should of asked for my money back but when the came and told me park in a waiting spot he came out w my sandwich VERY OVER COOKED just for melted cheese when all I wanted was fresh sandwich in the first place.. If your in a morning rush and want to grab a quick bite don’t come to this Mc Donalds!!! not only do they take forever. Today was a deal breaker when I received a burnt bagel and salty steak if I can rate zero stars I would !! I feel so violated.
