McDonald's is pretty near Oswego Speedway. In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters offer perfectly cooked cheese biscuits, chicken and bacon here. At this fast food, clients can order good biscuits. From the visitors' viewpoint, employees are unpleasant here. The atmosphere is peaceful, as people see it. But McDonald's is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

I've wasted enough time on this place to waste more on this review, but I don't want anyone wasting their hard earned money anymore on this place, so I'll give one. This is the worst McDonalds (Oswego East and West side) I've ever visited in my life. The service is non-caring and slow (and I do mean slow. Sometimes up to 40 minute wait times even when hardly anyone is there! The number listed online is incorrect, their food is almost never any good (check out these old nuggets that look about 5 years old). They didn't even have soda at all last time I went. They also almost always mess at least one thing up. The last time I went inside with my family, we waited 42 minutes and the people in the kitchen were all just laughing and joking around. The last time I had an issue I spoke with the district manager and I can tell you first hand, she is the issue. Her name is Kathy and she truly makes nothing but excuses for why these restaurants are this way and when I showed her the nuggets this last time she admitted "yep they're just old" almost like she's used to this being a thing. Ok, enough time wasted. Don't go here. Pick a place that cares and where your hard earned money won't be tossed down the drain and your time is cared about. Don't waste your time or money here. You will not get what you ordered and if you do it will not taste good. We have lived in Oswego 4 years and we try it every several months just to see if it's decent and I have come to the conclusion that nobody from the top to the bottom cares. A couple months ago, we tried to door dash, spent over 50 dollars on 4 meals, they delivered two sodas, 1 fry and one sandwich. The number was wrong, so I drove up there and it was empty. Just three people standing around ignoring me. Tried it again last week, and was ignored in the drive through line for so long we finally came in and it was just one guy standing around doing nothing while people waited. The people waiting told me they had been there for 40 minutes. I honestly don't understand how this place stays in business, obviously the owner doesn't care anymore than the workers do or something would change. We are done wasting time and money on this place. I can honestly say, I'm completely disappointed in the service at the Oswego McDonald's. Not only did we have to wait 40 minutes, our food was cold and over cooked, how the heck can you over cook and still give someone cold food!?!? Not sure what the managment is doing, but I can say it sure is not their job!! Y'all should be a shamed of that place. I do know, We'll never go there again. Every time I go to this McDonald’s they never get the order right. Just went there today. Ordered a Dr Pepper and a Diet Coke, got two diet Cokes. My husband brought food home from the drive thru this morning. Only one lane open so it took forever to get the food and of course when he got home it was made incorrectly. The egg McMuffins did not have the Canadian bacon on them. Tried to call the east side location but the number is disconnected?! He went there to complain and the restaurant is dirty. Hit or miss. Cannot handle a rush so if you want food at a "normal" meal time, don't go here. Food somehow will all of sudden take 15-20 minutes and you will stand there waiting or be asked to pull over. Down times this location is great, friendly staff, speedy.
