A lot of reviewers find that you can try good chicken nuggets, cheeseburgers and sausages here. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters serve good frappes, tea or iced coffee. Clients don't like biscuits at this fast food. Most guests have noticed that the staff is cheerful at this place. Unprofessional service is what a majority of people point out characterizing Mcdonald's. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is exotic. We sat here for 45 mins with the manager lady running shift at midnight she was walking soooo slow I honestly think they both were high on the job Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

In town, traveling from Texas with my parents. My mom has a fountain drink, Dr Pepper every morning. Just went through the drive through and ordered her morning drink. Got to the window and they let us know they needed to change the Dr Pepper and we could swap for another soda. I let them know she only drinks the Dr. Pepper. I was willing to wait for them to change it. Instead of changing it, they gave her what was left in the bag, a water downed drink. I realize it's only a drink and it's only a $1.38 but seriously how long would it have taken to change to bag or maybe even run to the customer self serve side. They knew they were handing her a drink that was no good. Now we have to make another stop to get a drink and rebuy something we have already paid for. I honestly have to say this whole visit has been this type of customer service.

This is by far getting to be ridiculous every time I come to this location they have to park you. They never get the order right. All they are worried about is the drive through times. As a restaurant manager I do not understand the lack of care from this place. Very disappointing time and time again. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time this place is busy my food is trash, I have to park in a spot (drive thru times), they forget half my order, and never give sauces that were ordered or straws. Then when I ask they say it's in the other bag it's in there....nope it's not your lazy and don't want to walk back to get it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I usually don’t have any issues with this location, but tonight these two were just downright rude.. be prepared to be yelled at, talked down to about correcting an order because they’re so busy and you need to pull up by the door or number 1 or 2 parking space or whatever because they don’t have food ready. Meanwhile, a bunch of employees in the kitchen (standing around, either talking to each other looking lost or running in and out of the store pretending to work only to be goofing off), over 10 cars waiting for orders parked in curbside spaces and this manager walking around like she is the boss while clearly the store is a mess gave me a lecture about why she wasn’t able to correct my mobile app order( just correct it already) and walked away and left the rude worker to give me a sandwich after she initially told me to wait in one of the spaces like the others. I’ll be sure to visit this location next time before evening crew gets in. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is overpriced, their new double drive-thru doesn't work, because idiot customers create two lanes and completely block the entire parking lot so nobody can get in or out. So even if you don't want to use a drive-thru or you change your mind and want to leave, you can't. The playground is always dirty because it's never cleaned and several of the lights are burnt out so it's dark in it. All in all I'm just not going there ever again. Sometimes the food is not always cooked or that do not know how to get the order right I put in a application the same day they sent me to an interview and they told me there's not hiring no more black people they need Mexican somebody can wear overnight I feel like that they will raise your profile but that's need to hear it there my little girl french fries was cold it was not cooked all the way and the little tour that she got in her Happy Meal it was broke so for hero not me and my family will not eat at McDonald's on White Memorial Drive some of the staff is friendly some of the managers are friendly but someone that matters got a bad attitude to a brand new personal problems to work and that's bad for business Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 4

This has to be the worst manage and staffed McDonald's in all of Goldsboro and Wayne County. The drive thru can never keep up with flow of traffic coming into the business. Only a couple of the employees speak English and only 1 of them is fluent enough to take orders. My order is never right and it's often times just plain cold. I would suggest that if you're wanting McDonald's go to one of the other ones around town. The health department needs to come and checkout the place unannounced. Two 24 hour locations in this town. One has double lines to the street during late night. This location has no cars. Why? The staff takes forever to come to speaker. Immediately will state they can’t take any orders except cash. Who has cash late night? Then, if you see the staff, they are all being paid to be on break. Horrible location.
