This last time, my burgers were greasy, and their always hesitant to fill the fires up. A small is a kids, a medium a small and so on. For the life of me a fast food without fast service will always behoove me. This particular spot always have a line. IM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! literally 10 mins ago I ordered a hot &spicy, large, and small fry. The lady at the drive thru had a nasty attitude when asked about the free sandwich deal. My daughter & I fries were sooo hard as if it was overcooked or been sitting for minutes. My hot & spicy didn't have extra mayo as I asked and was also very hard as if the sandwich had been sitting also. I'm very upset with the customer service tonight!!I threw everything away. My food had to be remade they redipped my fries and nuggets forgot some of my food for the 10th time. Worse McDonalds in biloxi. Employees are always rude especially the sassy big fella ( except a nice black girl with glasses). I’m literally never rude to them always polite to each of them because I know being a service worker ain’t easy. But this had to be said. Having to wait when it was a slow time, part of the sign wasn't working properly, and having to ask for condiments even though I already asked for them when he opened the window. The drive thru is extremely slow and you have to park in reserved spaces even of you are the only person in the drive thru. The employees are VERY nice and the food is great. Timing - not so much. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

they are super racist , every single time we have came they never attend us but as soon as we leave they start going through the line with no problem. we waited for almost 30 minutes waiting to say our order . don't waist your time on bad service.

I went in to order. I walked up to the register to order & the employees had their backs to me. I stood there for a few minutes & wasn't even acknowledged. I asked if anyone was working the register to get their attention and one of the workers said yes. But we are figuring out who.and turned around for another few minutes. I started to get annoyed. Finally I got to order. I was in there a good 25 minutes because after the initial 10 minutes it took to get someone to take my order.it took another 10 minutes to finally get my 4 for 4 and frappe.
