Did drive through on a Saturday afternoon. The service was speedy and no confusion.
Easy to get in easy to get out. I ordered burgers and a special order too. They were fresh juicy delicious definitely would recommend this McDonald’s.

Things need to change at this McDonald's. One guy spent 30 minutes mopping behind the counter and not helping through the rush. We saw several employees, but no one helped Michael at the counter. Michael deserves a raise! He was the hardest working employee there. He took the order, delivered the order, and helped 15 people that needed assistance with extra items like condiments and napkins, all with a smile. Other employees stood around watching like hey, that's not my job. Once the rush passed, Michael cleaned tables and worked the entire time until we left. Be careful, or you may lose one of the best employees you have.

I placed my order at 1:09 they pulled me around to wait by 1:20 they brought my food out in the rain and let water get all on it.. I refused to take it and wanted a new order by this time I was inside the manager had a VERY NASTY attitude and when I told her I was gonna call corporate on her she told me she didn't care.. I will NEVER go the the McDonald's on Main Street in Biloxi MS again..(didn't get my food til 1:45)..

Horrible! Janelle is the worst manager I’ve ever met in my whole life! Rude isn’t the word that explains her character because it’s not quite strong enough! This is the worst experience by far in 47 years of my life! I have worked fast food, I have been in customer service and customer care my whole working life and this was plum shameful! Janelle, your red shirt manager, team leader??? Whatever she is… horrific! The restaurant only has one thing going for it, Location! The way your team treats people is disgusting! Keep in mind this is not the first time we have had an order messed up. My own fault for returning because honestly about 8 out of 10 visits in the 5 years we’ve lived in Biloxi have been terrible)! So… my granddaughters wanted McDonalds and I was already on the end of town by the casinos so, I say a little prayer, Lord please let our order be right cause I don’t have 30.00 to throw out the window and my girls love McDonald’s! I should have turned around and drove the 15 minutes to the one on Eisenhower. It would have been right but nooooo, I pull into this one that I already know in my heart is going to mess me around! I get to the drive through and when I order my sandwich I ask for a mcchicken the way it’s normally made ADD pickles and mustard. I tell the girl taking the order, I just ordered this last week and it was wrong please tell them I want the mayo and lettuce that’s already on the sandwich but please tell them to add mustard and extra pickles. She says oh ok, I’ll be sure they see the request. I get to the window to pay, that’s fine, get to the window to pick up the food, that was the only person that had a good attitude, she was very helpful, she spoke and got my order handed out the window, she even asked if I needed a drink carrier. I thanked her and told her no I was ok. We made great eye contact, had a smile at the end of the transaction and I drove off. I should have looked in the bag but my husband had to pick his work truck up and was in a hurry to get to his job. And, can I just say that it’s a sad thing that this is the job of the person in McDonald’s to bag it properly, I shouldn’t have to go behind someone every time I get an order thru a drive thru! This world is so lost right now and everything is just falling into an all time low and there’s not one person that cares to say hey, I know we’ve got terrible reviews! I know we’ve made a lot of customers mad because of bad food, bad drinks, bad service and bad customer care but let’s pull it back together! Let’s take it one order at a time and make sure it’s correct, let’s make good decisions on food preparation, let’s double check the order and let’s be sure to clean our machines out so we don’t poison someone with our nasty products because it don’t matter if the food or drink is not expired or if it’s good quality, if the machines you’re using aren’t cleaned regularly and properly then the outcome is disgusting! Here’s a thought too, how bout we back our teammates up so they aren’t so stressed out that they make poor decisions. How bout let’s listen to our VALUED CUSTOMERS. If they have product right here in front of us and they are telling us something is wrong with it, let’s don’t throw it away without investigating it first. They didn’t even come to greet us when we walked in the door. My husband said ma’am something is wrong with this drink. No response, so he says again, a little louder, ma’am, this drink is ruined! She comes to the front and we tell her (not hateful, not rude or mean, this is ruined and the sandwich is wrong. This whole thing was wrong! Not only did we not get our order fixed, we were accused of being inappropriate! That is how your team at this location handles a disgruntled customer. They make them sorry they ever came to your establishment! Lesson learned! Don’t go here!!!

Worst McDonalds experience ever. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no pickle for curbside pickup, a large coke and fries.
I waited 20 minutes for my order. Ok, I've worked food service and a rush came through right as I pulled in. I get it, you have to have a person to spare to run food out. I can forgive waiting.
Then I go to take a bite out of one of my burgers and there's no onions or ketchup, just mayo (I could have sworn mayo was not part of the standard!) They threw packets of mayo and ketchup into the bag. And my coke tasted like the machine hadn't been flushed in a while.
I'll be going out of my way to avoid this location from now on.

Ii wated outside McDonald's 5:05am for the doors to open up so I could go inside to sit down and enjoy 2 hot n fresh bacon egg n cheese griddles and a large cup off of hot coffee and at 5:45am on February 01, 2024 I was still waiting. I knocked on the door multiple times only to have the employees. To walk over and refuse to to open the door because I was homeless. I recently lost my home extensive health conditions and 3 months in the hospital. With stage four terminal leukemia. I believe they thought I had no money and was wanting a hand out . If I can't pay for what I need I do without. It's a clean n clear cut case of DISCRIMINATION. One thing I don't do is judge a book buy it's cover. Cause how can I if I don't even know the store within. Without doubt this is my worst experience ever . Believe me from here on our straight up Burger King 👑 for me friendlier atmaspher better costumer service and they don't discriminate because of your housing situation color religion or howuch you make or look like. Inlike McDonald's and Waffle House does.

Great place and one of the few open for dining or pickup after an evening of gaming. Great customer service and timing for this hungry couple. We will return in the future. Many blessings to all for the New Year!

Mac Ds is getting blah blah. For the current price of a meal you can just go sit down and get waited on. Plus why do i have to pull around every other time to wait for my order. I might as well sit down somewhere. Now adays the grease is too much. I guess i miss the childhood experiences of going to Mac Ds and getting everything for under a dollar and item and enjoying it. Now at 10.00 an item it taste blah.
