Something always goes was wrong and it’s typically because of the nasty attitudes of some of the workers. Two days in a row I was handed my drink with pop all over it. I had made a mobile order through the app.I pulled up to the screen and the lady on the intercom told me that I couldn't do a mobile order by drive-thru,I had to come in. So,I went in,the only employee up front was standing at the opposite side of the register as if she were in line, scrolling on her phone for 4min+ drinking her mcdonalds drink. I tried to ask her for assistance but she slammed her phone down on the counter and ran to the back where the cooks are,finally she came out and assisted others,I had to speak up louder and she got rude with me. Then,i went to my car and sit for a bit ,ate,very dry biscuit as to the point i had to take a drink with every bite cuz it was so dry i was getting choked. The woman who assisted me had come out right after me and was still there when I left,standing and laughing with a group of guys..There was quite a few people that had went in after me and they were getting packed but I guess she had better things to do than her job! I wasn't treated with anything,not that I expect anything besides politeness and manners but I didn't even get that! I won't be going back here either,especially after my husband's food had a hair in it! No use going back,they'll want whats left of the food and give u another..I went on down the road to find better food and manners! Well the food I ordered was mediocre. Half my bun was hard as a rock. It was a jalapeño double stack quarter pounder. The featured meal. It would have been better if it was that especially considering my wife I used to pay is a member of McDonalds. Service was great; establishment was certainly clean. However upon getting our food we noticed hair in our fries. Took it back & manager ask the back what's up hair being in people's food? I got two burgers meat and cheese only. I took a bite and it had so many things that I am allergic to on it. I started having an allergic reaction. I tried calling several times and no answer at all.
