Went to McDonald's at 10:45 in the evening after I got off work. they were really busy. This young man, Christian, took my order and did a great job. Then I drove it to the window and he took my payment. I drove up to the next window, and he gave me my drink and asked me to pull forward, which I did, and then he brought out my food. They were really short staffed. this young man had the best attitude, the best smile, and gave excellent service, even though he was doing all of the jobs at the windows. I was really impressed. Waited in line at Wendy's for over 30 minutes. Decided to leave and came here. In and out in less than 2 minutes. People were nice Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pulled in at 10:15 pm, was asked to wait in line 2. Line one placed 3 orders so we asked if we could order. Amber Wilson our server was rude and said we're having issues. We asked if we would be able to order as it was now 10:35 with an 11pm closing. She replied were trying. 2 more orders were placed on lane one and pulled forward. We asked again and Amber said those are online orders, as we were talking lane 1 was taking off onions, no salt on fries, and making a custom order. Amber again was hostile and rude arguing to tell us they weren't taking anymore orders. So disappointing to sit there patiently for 45 minutes to only be treated rude, and with no options to correct their wrong. Amber Wilson was obviously overwhelmed with how busy they was and crashed. The male running lane one was rocking it as cars were ordering and moving forward. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to get to the speaker to order. Waited another 5 minutes at the speaker as they helped 2 other cars at the other speaker. Finally got to the window after another 5 minutes. Food was correct but received a regular Dr. Pepper instead of the diet Coke I ordered. I ordered just a drink through the app. After working a long day I just went to curbside thinking it would be quick for just a drink. I waited 15 minutes, thinking maybe they're busy or short handed.... after that I finally went in only to have 3 young workers huddling and having a good laugh doing nothing. Wouldn't even turn around to see they had a customer waiting at the register. I work in the hospitality industry and I also understand it's only fast food but this is highly frustrating. Curbside is suposse to be a faster option but it always seems to take twice as long as drive-through or just going in. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

This review is not only about today but cumulative. I always order thru the app as to cut down my wait. 80% of time my order is drinks only. Today I had 1 Carmel latte and a large Coke. I arrived, waited 10 min, still not ready but not ever even addressed by an employee. Waited another 8 min and finally got someone attn. Explained I had 2 drinks from mobile order. 10 min later I was given a cup and the complete wrong coffee. Wrong size, no whipped cream that I paid extra for . I tried to explain this and he just stared at me. I walked out very unhappy and once again vowing to boycott every McDs on the planet! Ugh! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

You go to McDonald's for consistent quality food. The servers and cleanliness determine you experience. At this new McDonald's, the store is clean and neat. And the younger friendly staff claimed the fifth star.
