McDonald's should tell you before they take your money that your order won't be ready when you get to the pickup window. They don't tell you before you pay because you might cancel the order. When I got to the pickup window, I got my drink. How, I was told my pies weren't ready and asked to move up to the third window. I asked how long it would take because I didn't want to wait. I was told three minutes, so I decided to wait. I don't expect the timing to be exact, but I expect it to be close. When I had waited for seven minutes I called inside asking about my order. While I was on the phone, my order finally arrived. While I was waiting, I had looked at my receipt to see how much the items I ordered cost. No prices were listed on the receipt. The young lady who brought my order didn't know why that was so I asked for a manager. When he came, he didn't seem to know either. They both suggested that it was probably a problem with the printer. I didn't agree with that because everything on the receipt was printed clearly. The prices had just been omitted. I told the manager this was not acceptable as I wanted to be able to check the prices I was charged. I gave him the receipt I had been given and he said he'd see if he could get me a better one. I did finally get a complete receipt. All together, a transaction that should have taken less than five minutes from the time I paid for my order took nearly 20 minutes with no apology for my wasted time. I remembered all over again why I rarely go to McDonald's.

Hands down the worst McDonald's I have ever been to I was overcharged. The refund was given in cash. They tried to hand me the wrong food twice. It took 15 minutes to get fries and a sweet tea. After asking three times what the hold up was, I was finally informed they were brewing the tea. No communication from staff and the worst sweet tea I've ever had from McDonald's. McDonald's on Bellefontaine needs serious improvements(new management). The on duty manager needs to take some chill pills & learn how to speak respectfully to her subordinates and treat customers better. Waited in drive thru for 22 minutes before finally ordering. I ordered 3 drinks and an ice cream cone. When I got to the pickup window they handed me the cone that was dumped upside down and in a cup. Not what I wanted. They did remake the cone but 3 people handled it before finally handing it to me. Then after getting the cone, I still waited on getting my drinks. I ordered 1 large Unsweet Tea and 2 large Sweet Teas. After getting the drinks, they were all unsweet. I handed her back the 2 drinks and asked for SWEET TEA. She actually argued with me that "she knows for a fact they were sweet". I said I promise they are all unsweetened and I would like the 2 sweet. After a few minutes and 3 people standing at the window looking at me, she finally handed me my 2 drinks. As I pulled away from the window the young man working inside yelled something at me. After driving away, I promptly threw the drinks away because I didn't trust they didn't do something to them. This is the worst service I've ever had at any McDonald's and I definitely WON'T be back to this particular McDonald's again. Not only were the employees slow but they were extremely rude. There are plenty of other McDonald's I can do business with. I don't care if I have to drive further. I refuse to be treated so poorly when I never one time was rude or angry with the employees.
