Order good hamburgers. Here you may have good tea. Clients don't like ice cream at this fast food. A number of guests mention that the staff is cute here. Many people have noticed that the service is nice. The spectacular atmosphere will be a good addition to delicious meals and excellent location of McDonald's. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

placed an order through the mobile app and ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes for 2 burritos 2 hashbrowns and a coffee. the coffee ended up being hot and not even the right ingredients that was asked. we asked and nobody would give us a time when it would be ready, employees were rude as can be. it was even more ridiculous whenever we finally got our food. the coffee was wrong and we didn’t get one of our burritos, the lady was rude and made us pay for the other burrito even tho we already paid for the whole meal. i’ve came to this same mcdonald’s for over a decade and only within the last 2 years has it been going downhill. rude employees, wrong orders, bad customer service. (yes ik it says 1 burrito, but i’ve bought the same thing on multiple occasions and gotten the 2) Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to this McDonald’s about half an hour ago, at around 5:30PM. The woman at the first window did not give me correct change, and the manager refused to reimburse what they owed me because “the drawer was not missing but a dollar”. First of all, my order total was $12.39. Second of all, I don’t care if the manager themselves can’t count, which they obviously can’t. I gave them a $20. The change given to me was $2.61. $20 - $12.39 = $7.61. They owe me $5. I’ve had to call corporate on them several times. This is not a good location. Not even decent at that. The staff at the morning East side location makes us feel like family. My grandson and I eat there every Sunday morning when we go to church. From the coffee to the crispy chicken sandwich every order we've requested has been prepared with care. I had app problems one time and the manager of the store was very nice and his smile made the difference...and the situation better. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Anthony the owner is a whole clown & I see why this location operates so poorly. He was supposed to resolve an issue I had with one of his very rude managers. He proceeded to tell me ima liar even though there's proof of issue & hangs up in my face... GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I usually go to the Garner Rd location they are VERY PLEASANT! Only visited a couple of times & each time my order has been correct, the staff was kind, & welcoming, the drive thru moves quickly. The food is what you'd expect from a decent McDonald's. No complaints! Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5

Made order online store was charged twice. Andthey couldn't find it in system. Literally over an hour for breakfast that was not good. Only one lady even tried to assist me. I still have not been refunded for the 2nd charge

Saw the 2 long lines at drive thru and said nope I'll go in. Stood there and no one came over. People were behind me using some sort of menu and I asked what is was since I never go in and there was no staff helping or instructions to use that and they said I could use it if I paid with a card which was my intention but it didn't work for me; just flashing up pictures and nothing else so I left. Went to the one at Hearon circle and it usually is better but while both lines were open, only one side was getting attention to every 3 cars in the other and guess which line I was stuck in? I told my son who loves McDonalds that it wasn't worth lousy to no service and Lord knows plenty of other fast food joints to hit. Never again. BK here we come or if we're flush, Chik FIL A! This location has improved significantly over the past year. The food is fresh, and the staff are present and attentive to customer needs and does so with the best attitudes. I usually only get the fish filet meal and I always ask for made to order. Some locations usually grumble at the request and from time to time try to put a sticker on already prepared fish but not this location. They are happy to serve me at my request, I'm grateful they changed management and got this location up to standard, my standards, I'm a picky eater. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The only reasonable I gave five stars for service is because of Jonathan. I ordered four meals for my kids and specifically asked them to please be bagged separately to have my meals stuffed in one bag. Jonathan said not to worry that he would make it right.
