Ordered a Big Mac meal from this McDonald’s (no adjustments made in my order) yesterday evening. The Big Mac had no toppings, condiments, all it had together was the Buns and Meat Patties. Got a half cooked burger... Not amused. Center was cold and red. Since I was already halfway home I didn't return it. Just threw it in the trash. The employees will turn around and look at you and then act like they didn't see you. After waiting for 10 minutes to place an order with no one in line before me, my milkshake was terrible. 10/7/23 1255pm Nobody at register. I refuse to use the kiosk. Manager yelled for somebody. She finally showed up after a few minutes but by that point I had decided to spend my lunch money at Zaxbys 04/29/23 3rd Kiosk dont give out a paper receipt 11 17 22 655am Drive thru not open, not taking orders at this time. How about you just start firing people that don't show up. Then start paying the prevailing wage in the summerville area for fast food workers. $11.50 an hour is not competitive anymore, thanks to Biden's inflation. We can't even get semi skilled workers for $18 at our place 19 Feb 2022 Still horrible, woman in other lane ordered a #2 with diet coke. I ordered a #2 with reg coke. Guess what I got? 15 July 2021 Ordeted my #2 mcmuffin meal and it came with a scrambled egg patty vs the whole egg. Tasted completely different in a bad way. 25 Feb 2021 Not sure what going on with the drive thru prices. I get the same #2 breakfast meal everytime I stop here. One day its $6.10, then 6.31, then 6.21, then 5.99 and today its 6.34 2019 I have been inside 2 times since they remodeled and installed 4 kiosks for ordering food. both times there was nobody inside ordering. I would guess because they dont want to order from a kiosk. Which is why I walked out the first time I was there. On the 2nd visit after going thru the drivethru and not getting a straw, or napkins i went inside to discover they still took orders at a register. I also hate that half of one side of the parking lot is for online orders. Parking is bad because you cant get back out because the drivethru people block you in. I dont want to place my own order, or bag my own groceries or self check out. The workers there were super sweet and the worker named Ted he was so nicest person there he was the fastest worker there everyone that was ordering at the time I went they said that he was super nice I think he should get a raise because this wasn't the first time that I went and saw him there he was really nice and I hope that he gets further into that business. Usually love this location. Tonight I ordered a dqp w/cheese and well the photo speaks for itself. I am thoroughly disappointed. It’s 3 stars only for the service. I went in tonight and there was poor service and we called up there and the manager was giving attitude about us leaving a complaint it took 30 min for our mobile order that was just a kids meal. Let me start off with saying, I hate leaving Negative reviews but this was completely uncalled for. If I could rate negative stars I would. I have never been more disappointed in customer service then I have been today. Not to mention, Who I'm assuming was the manager *judging by the white button up shirt* was yelling loudly while the window was wide open where we could hear every word complaining about the amount of food we ordered. We are feeding a family of eight. So, it was 6 sandwiches and 2 ten peice nuggets 2 medium fries and 2 teas. Not that much, needless to say, compared to what it could have been feeding 6 growing kids and 2 adults. However, after the 12 minute wait which we sat calmly and patiently because we are used to waiting when we take the family out to eat. *Let me just say we never said a word about waiting actually, no one spoke a word to us until a lady came to the window asking for our receipt because someone already cleared our order to keep their times down.* But Hearing the man yelling that we can wait cause the food was being made we were expecting our food was being made fresh so I was expecting the wait. 2 of our sandwiches were completely messed up. And only one of them was a special order. The mcrib *with no onion, extra pickle* not that hard. I received a McRib with one single pickle that was grey and looked like it been sitting there forever and we got a double quarter pounder That looked like it had an entire small onion diced up on the sandwich Which made it completely overwhelming and that's all you could taste even after scooping half of the onions off of it. The fries were that dry starchy cold like they had been left sitting and since They had already cleared our order off the screen they had to ask for our receipt because they couldn't remember what our order was. I know teams can have their bad days, but if just one thing could had been right or at least warm considering it's cold 🥶 in December it wouldn't have been that bad. Well let me take that back our IceTea was warm..... Which was gross considering I asked for **IceTea**.... SMH. Definitely won't be Going Back....

Busy place. Staff was covid ready with all kinds ppe protection. Staff was very nice. The food was cold and my order was wrong ut not worth going g back in. Covid 19 information was posted in the drive thru area.
