You guys really need to get a better manager upfront on Fridays. Went there around 6’clock to order food, had to wait 25 mins for my food. Wanted to speak with a manager and a crew member told me there was no manager upfront. BAD MANAGEMENT!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

unfortunately cant give a negative 0. I ordered 40 minutes before closing time, I headed to the store as soon as I ordered waited for 30 minutes. The entire time I waited and no one got served, after the two cars in front of me left after waiting longer then me it was 2:07 and the employee said "sorry were closed". Not what I was expecting, seeing that I ordered way ahead of closing, I was expecting her to ask if I had a code because there's an online order waiting for pick up. After she said they were closed I said I ordered online, but then she said they didn't have any food. So to my understanding is that they decided to not make any orders for the last hour of service. How unprofessional do you have to be to make people wait that long and just to tell them your closed, made it worse that I had a police officer behind me and the employees also made him waste his time in the drive thru line. Please do better, what a disappointment of employees. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I accidentally chose in store for my mobile order instead of drive thru. It took explaining this like five times to the girl working the drive thru before she even comprehended what I was saying (maybe she was high or something but didn't seem to be much going on upstairs) and ultimately was told they couldn't grab the order from inside and hand it to me in the drive thru, I had to go in and get it myself. Maybe it's just a policy and it was only a slight annoyance but seems pretty absurd. The food was pretty mediocre and cold. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

No matter how big or small the order, or what time of day. I always need to be parked and it takes me at least so much longer to get my food. Lesson learned to just stop ordering McDonalds all together. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s so overrun with online orders and delivery pickups that in person or drive thru is getting terrible service. It’s a mess, the staff are friendly but totally unable to perform the tasks at hand. Managers don’t seem to be able to control the chaos in this place or create any sense of order. I don’t think I have ever had a good experience here. Went there and I ordered the mccripy fries and a Oreo McFlurry the chicken sandwich was not edible they didn’t give me my fries and the Oreos in my McFlurry were on top of to McFlurry I could of just ordered a ice cream cone and put Oreos on top I also got food poisoning never go here Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

New construction has pretty much relegated this venue to take out status it is no longer welcoming. Third pic is of the old layout where for 6 months they had people eat with broken light fixtures above their head! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

While a this is a busy location, this morning I went inside. Was told “I’ll be right with you” by th manager. Given the pointe finger, by the counter person who was busy w the frialator. Eventually my order was taken. Without any significant occurrences. However, The manager. A lady who wore the light blue shirt. Noticed a line of 5 people suddenly appear. Upon noticing this. H immediately summoned a tall long haired employee to “lock the door”. He appeared with an open pair of scissors and locked the panic bar, ( on the entrance door) barring entry for anymore customers. This is an interesting way of managing the workflow! Perhaps she wanted customers to use the drive thru. In orde o slow he flow of customers. I do know the pressure of being understaffed and overwhelmed. Of your going to lock he door be more discrete and I’m sure that the employees would appreciate less attitude. Just watching as a customer, I know I probably wouldn’t want to work for her. I will say, I love a McDonalds breakfast an luv on federal hill. The broad street location is a lot closer. The broad greet location is a disaster any I’m of he day any day if th week. Hence my drive to the N. Main st. Staples plaza location It’s a tough business, b tougher!!l Good luck! Worst one ever! I'll drive out of my way to go to another. They took out the self-service drink station and now you can't get free refills. Seriously?! Other McDonald's give this. Nearly always slow in drive through, orders wrong half the time, customers inside are either yelling and cursing or soliciting. Not a pleasant experience.
