A lot of visitors say that you can order tasty ice cream here. According to the guests' opinions, coffee is good at this restaurant. The knowledgeable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The terrific service displays a high level of quality at McDonald's. I never order small pieces of coated chicken. I think that they are overpriced, dry & only taste like the spice or sauce u ordered with it. These McNuggets were phenomenal. Tasty, succulent & zero extra spice or sauce needed or wanted. Fantastic, impressed. However, even tho ur foldover is one of my favorites, the packaging SUCKS Food: 4

Service sucks here. I was the only order in the restaurant and it took 9 minutes to receive my food. McDonald's standard is 300 seconds no matter how full the restaurant is. The staff member who served me was more interested in speaking over me to ask something that was on her slip, right at the top than to acknowledge the delay or apologise for the inconvenience. She had to be reminded to apologise. The food already tastes like cardboard so at least work on the service delivery and friendliness. In this country there are plenty of people who would give anything to have your job, appreciate it because it's not a right to work, it's a privilege, unfortunately. While I was at the drive thru I ordered a vanilla milkshake and a strawberry milkshake. When I opened the lid they mixed the 2 different milkshake together. Poor Service. Everytime I come here they have an excuse to why I can't redeem points on my app. Especially the lady who takes your order. Please get some respectable people to work at your branch.

I will give it a 3 because of the amazing customer service and the food as well. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed today when I arrived in the morning. I had my laptop with and also needed to eat. I was told that I can only sit with my laptop for an hour, there was even a notice on the door which I missed. I fully understand the managers sentiments following multiple incidents where people come to work there for hours and dont even buy anything or some bringing their own refreshments, however this is a bit disappointing for some of us who have to work on the go but also want to enjoy a good meal. Worst. Doesn't even deserve this one star rating. Ice cream in summer guys seriously. I could of rather asked for milkshake. And the worst fact that it was half a cup and then I get looked at as if I am going mad because I asked is this really what I paid for. Honestly where is quality to what we pay for any more. I rarely complain but I was recently praising McDonalds Sunward Park lifestyle Centre because everytime I order through the drive thru, the staff make whatever I order (even if it is not on the menu), however, on this New Years Day, the staff were rude and not helpful. We received a greeting from a very nice McDonalds employee as we walked in and then we had to wait for 5 minutes in an empty McDonalds for someone to help us when we wanted to pay. When we asked if one of our items could be placed together, the employee barely acknowledged our question and continued to speak to someone in the kitchen. And yes, we had to ask again for our order to be put together just before our order was complete. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
