The WORST service through Uber. This restaurant always gets our orders wrong & missing items. I had to order from here twice tonight & both orders were still wrong. Missing drinks, missing sauce and cold food even though they’re less than 1km from delivery address. For something that’s meant to be convenient was highly inconvenient tonight. Do better. Food and service as per Mac Donald's standards. Which is very good 👍😊. The atmosphere was very friendly both from the staff and customers. A place with plenty of room for everyone and very well kept. Make sure you check for EVERYTHING in your order. Twice we've been to this maccas and found things missing once we're 20-30mins gone already. First time a burger and now we've gotten all the way home to realise they left out all of our sweet'n'sour sauces. Went through the drive thought and got some food and a hot chocolate. Finally got home to try the hot chocolate and it’s looks like musty water and tastes like Sewage water. Gave it a stir and everything and there is no chocolate in it whatsoever. Literally disgusting. By looking at the photo you couldn’t even tell it was a hot chocolate. Always have to wait when we go through the drive thru. 90% of the time we asked to wait in a park for our food. 50% of the time there’s no caramel in our caramel lattes. Be careful which lane you go down because one gets customers through twice as many as the other. So I ordered a meal and also asked for a frozen coke as my drink. After driving 3km down the road I opened the lid to find the drink was so around 6cm under the rim. I paid for a large so expect a large out of principle. I returned and asked them to fill it to the top only to find that the lady who took my drink gave me attitude about my drink and did not apologize for their mistake. She also did not correct the mistake but maybe stirred the frozen drink or something to give the illusion that she had placed more frozen coke in. Poor customer service. I came this morning before work at 7:40am thru the drive thru and ordered a medium caramel latte from the cafe and it was awful all i could taste was the caramel syrup. This has been the fourth time I have ordered from here and haven’t been happy with my coffee. So I am not happy. Hit the drive thru at like 11:30 pm, and I’m just BLOWN AWAY by the service I received. The girl on drive thru was so nice, I’ve not encountered fast food workers with such a great attitude, everyone was smiling, the guy who gave us our food at the second window was smiling too, and like it was genuine. Food was good and so fast. Best maccas I’ve been to ever. Will now be my go too. A word to the owners, hook these guys up some kind of bonus, they’re doing a great job for you! I’m like overwhelmed at how lovely a simple drive thru experience was haha! Thank you guys!!! Food was delicious, hot and fresh. Also well put together as the burger had a whole lot of onions sauce and wasn’t sloppy. A bit of a wait but combo came out hot. Food: 5

Food was just as you would expect from Macca's. Quick service but that was outside busy times. Was clean and tidy and they've just done renovations so it looks quite nice inside. The playground is shut because of Corona, so maybe go to the drive thru and take go to Centennial Park if you've got children who need to burn off some energy. The Monopoly competition is running now so there's heaps of freebies to win.
