Every time I come here service is so slow they always take 10+ minutes to take my order because they are "taking one order at a time" then another 10-15 to make the food it's absolutely ridiculous they take the fast out of fast food. This is the second time it's taken around 25 minutes to get food from here and I've only been twice. The cashier with braids is not friendly and the food is always cold. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not only is this store ridiculously inattentive at the counter (ignoring a line 6 guests long, as multiple staff members walked by and just looked at them, until one pounded on the counter), but once they have your order, calling their preparation times glacially slow would be doing them a favor. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes for your hamburger, fries, and chicken nuggets. Visiting this McDonald's requires a tolerance for watching uncaring staff who walk like zombies. This is also one of the most expensive McDonald's I have ever seen, with prices rivaling the store at the airport, $2-3 high for the area across the board. I just ordered from here. I waited almost 20 minutes in line. They asked me what I ordered 2 times at the 1st window. Then AGAIN asked at the 2nd window 3 MORE TIMES! I got a McChicken with NO CHICKEN PATTY. it only had Bacon on it and cheese in the bun. I do like a good big mac. Enfortunately the prices are extreme. I can go to a sit down restaurant And buy a meal for the price I paid at mcdonald's. A sit down restaurant AND great table service. I made an order first thing this morning through the drive thru. I proceeded tocwait for 10 minutes with no service with no one ahead of me while i sat at the window waiting to just pay. I drove off due to the fact that not a single employee insided bothered to acknowledge the drive thru window. Or say anything to me.

They always have tasty sandwiches and combo meals, The Big Mac Combo is my favorite but that is usually for lunch, I love their huge variety of Breakfast Sandwiches and Pancakes they have to select from in the morning; Sometimes I get Pancakes with syrup and Sauasge but more often I get their Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuits with Coffee and Orange Juice. I call their food 'Fun Food' because it packed with fun flavors and always fun to eat! Kids working drive thru were absolutely mute, never said a word. Management needs to teach customer service and human interaction. Order was incorrect and forgot multiple items. Food: 1 Service: 1

I'm not understanding why the atmosphere is so filthy. The tables are coated with food particles that has been dried there for what seems like ages. The sanitizer dispensers are empty. There are no sanitizing wipes in the playscape room. I ended up getting napkins and some water and wiping down my table before sitting down. At least leave some soapy water in a bucket with a washcloth if you want us to wipe tables down ourselves. The children like playing in the playscape but your prices are increasing and the service, environment and food sizes are decreasing.
