Classic great pub/grill with food that is great ! Both dishes were cooked perfect with very good flavors.one of the best renditions of fish and chips ive had in minnesota.turkey pot pie was so good we thought our grandmothers made it . Really delighted with our 1st experience at McGarry’s Pub!! The pub has an authentic feel, and the staff was very welcoming. We were there for lunch on a Friday, and it was busy, but the service was first-rate. I had a superb Rueben with a side salad. The corn beef was very lean and plentiful. And it was best side salad I’ve ever been served, it had mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and more. My wife had the avocado BLT and she said it was fantastic. We live in a southern suburb, so it’s a long drive, but we will be back for sure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had the Curd Burger and it was delicious! My husband had the Short Rib Stroganoff and enjoyed that, too. Our waitress was great, it seemed a little slower to get drinks and our food, but we weren't in a hurry, so we didn't mind. Gave us more time to chat and enjoy the evening. We were there on a Monday evening and sat in the dining area and it was great for conversation. I love this place. Food is the best pub food I've had in the whole TC metro. The atmosphere is so authentic. Feels like a real Irish pub. Service is quick and friendly. Town is super cute. What more could you ask for? I'm already dreaming about their homemade bread and soup and also their sweet potato fries might be the best ever. I'll have to go back ASAP. One of best kept foodie secrets in the state of Minnesota! I can't say enough positive things about McGarry's Pub. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is perfect (especially the back dinning area with the oversized booths and wooden floor), everything is made fresh from scratch and you can order most of the delicacies to take home (loafs of their delicious dark bread, containers of their made from scratch salad dressings, containers of their side dishes, etc). Service okay. Food way below average. I ordered the corned beef hash at the server's suggestion. Asked for eggs not over easy, but not medium. Maybe she misunderstood me, but when in God's name did it get so difficult to cook eggs? They came well done. I would have rather they were runny. And the corned beef? Tough, 6-inch strings of yuk from yesterday. Potatoes were good. Never been here before, never going back. What a joke. Irish pub? Yeah, right!
