Since the cookies are always burnt, is there any way we could put in an order to to have some not burnt? I asked the lady that baked them and she snapped at me, "Those aren't burnt!" So I asked if we could put in a request to have them not burnt and she snapped again. Apparently she likes them burnt and thinks the rest of the world likes them burnt also.
