Selected Mike's for lunch with coworkers. The drunken steak was so tender and flavorful. A coworker said the Angus cheeseburger was the best he'd had. Two shared the spinach dip appetizer, which was said to be fresh, not frozen. Everyone enjoyed the delicious meals. Love the food at Mike’s! Not sure I’ve ever had a dish I didn’t like. Their rolls in particular are delicious. This location is pretty popular, so I’d definitely recommend reservations if you’re coming on the weekend or with a group. Parking can also be a bit of a challenge, and we often have to park across the street. That said, this is still one of the best restaurants in Springfield. The service and food never disappoint. Our server Alicia ( I hope I spelled it correctly) was incredible she was extremely attentive and made sure we had a great experience. Our dinner was delicious. I will go back when I'm in town. Service was amazing! Ayesha was my server very friendly and accommodating . It was packed but only a 20 min wait on Friday night. We had the Roasted Chicken cobb salad, steak Spinach dip, chicken tenders were all a success. Bread pudding was a must try !! We went there bc someone strongly recommended, but the dishes we ordered were not very special... very typical american food, that was it. the atmosphere was good and the server was very kind. A salad dish we ordered was on kinda dirty plate(greese everywhere), we asked to make a new one because I worried about potential contamination, they gladly made a new one (but the dish came out 20 min later, when others were done with their meals). The manager stopped by and explained that the dish was next to grilling station, that the reason for the greese. Understandable and it was all good.
