We've gotten milk belly bread from the farmers market a bunch of times before and always loved anything we got. Today we went to this pickup location where you can order ahead and pick up your order from a locker. We tried some sandwiches which were amazing, a few pastries and also got a loaf of the buttermilk country loaf and the melon pan. As always, everything was delicious!

This is a Cloud kitchen area and pick up only through lockers. Ordering process was straight forward. There are constant flight landings that you could watch when waiting. We ordered green machine and egg salad sandwich, both were delicious. Pricey for a sandwiches but quality is great.

Milk belly bakery is currently located inside Ruff Food Pickup which houses other food shops. Make sure you order ahead for when you actually plan on arriving. We placed an order for Saturday for pickup at 10:45 am but the food wasn't ready until 11:30 am so we had to wait a while. Other than the long wait, the food was all very excellent and reasonably priced. Based on the comments from the owner on other reviews they make everything in-house so that's why it takes some time. My favorites were the Japanese Egg Salad Sandwich, potato tostones, and the strawberry sando. The bread is so fluffy and fresh and you can tell they use legit ingredients in their food. Highly recommend milk belly bakery, just make sure you preorder and order well in advance.

Like what others have said, this isn’t a brick and mortar establishment for this business alone. It’s a ghost kitchen where a bunch of food business cook and distribute food in lockers. Ordered directly on their website and got the house breakfast sandwich and California crab sando. Regardless of the sandwich, the Bread was so soft and slightly sweet. (It is white bread). House breakfast sandwich: has a soft scramble for the eggs and accompanied with cheese, bacon and chives. Simple yes but executed and the quality of each part of the sandwich was 🔥. California crab sandwich: Dungeons crab, soft scramble, and an aioli. More savory but like the breakfast sandwich, every part of the sandwich was cooked well and quality was great. We’ll balanced flavors. I’ve seen this place via social media and it lives up to the hype. Will definitely come back.

Solid sourdough, can't say I taste the kinako or hojicha in the dough, but appreciate the innovation. The country loaf will remain my favourite! This ghost kitchen has some other restaurants operating out of it too.
