Use to come here as a kid, owner was always nice, fellow old man. Now price is kinda expensive and the taste isn't the same. Still a good shop.

Freshest bread in town if you visit at 6 am. The owner and the staff are super friendly. Many years ago they made a 3 leches cake and it's one of the best I've ever had.

Solid Mexican bakery. Prices are reasonable on most things, and the majority of things taste great. Being a bakery, they also serve $5 tamales..as a bake shop, they seem yet to master the art of a tasty tamale.

The only reason I have this place three stars is because, of their facility. If you are like me and most other Hispanics (Mexican) we like sweet bread wether the season is summer or winter. However, try to go to this place on a summer day and be prepared to suffer the same fate that your baked goods went through. It is literally an oven in there. You can't sit down and enjoy a coffee with your bread without sweating a pint of water! Now don't get me wrong their products are delicious. I believe that they have some of the best pan dulce in the city. I'd just wish they would do something about their facility and fix the AC so that you can be able to sit there and enjoy a coffee without having to be baked alive!

The super best bread is picones in this location, and don't waste your time in the Macarthur location, they are bad the picones because today a try it. the owner gustavo tell me the is the same recipe in the Macarthur and the main st location, but diferent baker but if the baker in the Macarthur folllow exactly the recipe the bread picones must taste the same in both location . I don't think so, the super best bread is picones in the main st location and the proof are gone early they open 5 am in 2 hours the picones bread are gone

You can totally tell it’s under a new owner. Poor service & quality has gone down the drain. Sorry to say goodbye after years of coming here.

Every time I go I ask for Ham and cheese croissant without jalapeño and they never have any and this morning I went in to ask and I was informed that they don't make them anymore without jalapeños. Not everyone eats hot food😔
