My mom introduced me to this bakery a while back. And Thank GOD she did. All of the cookies are absolutely amazing but let me tell yall about the Apple Cobbler cookie… they are the best thing I have EVER tasted. It’s not too sweet, not too overpowered with spices… it’s literally PERFECT. There is little bites of cobbler cinnamon pieces and bites of apple inside the softest bite of cookie with the most perfect amount of icing on top. I’ve always been hesitant to try bakeries that specialize in cookies for fear that they will taste like Crumbl which is horrendous. I stopped at Millie’s on a whim and my mind is blown. I purchased a maple walnut, molasses, and Mexican hot chocolate cookie and the flavors in each of these cookies are extraordinary. They aren’t too sweet and the texture is absolutely perfect. I honestly can say these are the best cookies I’ve ever tasted. Once I discovered these cookies I drove an hour round trip to pick up cookies on a weekly basis until the store opened. I’m so excited for the store because I can go pick up cookies almost any day I crave one. They’re sweet but also perfectly salted. I’ve had so many bad cookies and didn’t know it until I had one of these. Chocolate espresso is my absolute favorite but they’re all delicious. The store is beautiful and it’s in the cutest part of town. Go get some because just 1 is not enough! Also the macrons are incredible- they’re everything they should be and the flavors are like heaven

We found this bakery while exploring Sanford. I was pleasantly surprised by their offerings and everything we bought was so good. Chocolate chip cookies are large, filled with chocolate, and so good. We tried the sugar cookie sandwich with sprinkles baked in, also a hit with my kids. We will definitely be back!
