Had the food for the first time at a holiday party and it didn’t disappoint, so we had to go check it out. Dined in earlier today. All the staff was kind and the manager Adam came by to check how everything was (which was nice of him). We had the brisket sandwich meal with Mac and cheese with a lemonade, chopped brisket sandwich meal with fries and an ice tea, and blueberry cobbler for dessert. We will 100% be back!! I was so impressed with the quality of customer service at Mission BBQ! I've never been treated so well at a restaurant before! (Take that, Chick-fil-A 😝) Immediately as I walked in, I was greeted by several employees 🙋🙋🏼‍♀️ Ended up ordering ribs and brisket 🤤 meat slid str8 off the bone! 🦴 And how! 😀 Shout-out to Lizzette for coming to our table (as well as others) and giving us some insight on Mission BBQ 🧐. Gal knew her history! 📖 She woulda made a great contestant on Win Ben Steins💲💰 I got edumacated with some Fun facts about the joint: 🤓 they actually cater to (literally and figuratively) first responders!! 🚨 All of their merch on the wall is donated by legit first responders. 🚓 There's a 9/11 wall as well. In fact, they opened up on 9/11! Their engagement throughout our lunch was phenomenal 🤯 Nothing but great things to say about this place. 🗣️ Only negative thing about my experience.....my stomach hurting from eating too much 🫃🏼🤐😆✊ You gotta give this place a try!! I loved all the picture on the walls. The food was good, next visit the shrimp is a must. I ordered a burger & so did my husband and son. Excellent food . Excellent Service. I really enjoyed the experience. I would suggest everyone to give this place a try. Smoked Meat just delicious. They have a broccoli salad that's amazing. Came hungry for lunch and did not regret it. Loved it. Brisket (you can order it moist or lean), spare ribs and baby backs, salmon and jalapeno/cheese sausage. All amazing. You get 6 different sauces at the table. Smoky mountain being my favorite. Kelli was at the front and she was just the friendliest person you could ever meet. She took time to explain the menu to us. Have been plenty times before at other locations but first time for my mom. She ordered moist brisket instead of lean on accident and the staff swapped for lean, but let her keep the original sandwich to bring home. Not only that, but they brought free blueberry cobbler, a side of mac n cheese, and coupons for free food for next time. All to make her feel better for her first experience. First class service and people. Food was incredible and they will always have my support. The best part about this place are the workers. They were very friendly and helpful. Although I have had better bbq this was still extremely delicious. Definitely a fan of the cheesy potatoes. Was not a fan of the corn. The Mac n cheese was ok but with full transparency I’m not a fan of the Mac n cheese I have at most places. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, very fitting for the name.
