According to some reviews, chicken is perfectly cooked at this restaurant. Clients don't like churros at Mochachos Bryanston. A number of visitors have noticed that the staff is cool here. The spectacular service is a great plus of this place. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

50 minute wait time for 4 burgers and chips - and they forgot to pack my drink. They were experiencing loadshedding, but told us the wait time would be 15-20 minutes, LOL! Went back to collect the drink and was told the meal doesn't come with a drink. Thankfully I had the slip on me and could show the teller. Also asked for 2 mild, 1 lemon and herb and one extra hot - got 3 mild and one extra hot. Regular teller is on maternity leave and her replacement is simply not up to scratch. I'm a returning customer but after today I won't be back. Very disappointed. Food was at least still hot and tasty, so there's that. I went on a quiet sunday evening. And a very polite lady helped take my order and I sat patiently waiting for my order which didn't take very long at all. The chicken burger was really delicious and the bun was soft and fresh. The chips had the right about of that trademark Mochachos spice on it. So that was a winner!

Used to be one of the best Mochachos in Johannesburg but the quality has completely declined. Chips do not have enough spice, are extremely dry and cold. Have also gotten my order wrong a few times via delivery apps - staff don’t pay attention to orders. Avid buyer from this store but need to search for another Mochachos whom upkeep their quality of food and service.

usually always a good experience. ordered a delivery as usual & vegetarian burger was NOT meat free and was a complete meat patty, i called and found that it did not help. churros were burnt to a crisp (most of the churro was even black) Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person R 150–200

Food is good. Well spiced. Staff friendly. But they prioritize Uber eats and Mr Delivery... So if you go to pick up your food or to order from the store its a really long wait. I waited for 45 minutes at the shop...even tho I had called beforehand to order. 5 delivery services picked up their food before me. And all of us who came to pick up orders ourselves waiting close to an hour.
