Greeted as soon as we came in the door. First time, so they offered to explain the menu. Manager was an involved team member. She spent time talking with us! What a great surprise to find such a nice place! Even gave me an extra side- delicious dessert! Great food! Portions are amazingly well done. Most people in my group were happy to get the main course and two sides that were just enough to satiate their appetites. Slaw here is excellent and is not mayo-based. Beans are also thick and smoky with a nice pepper flavor. Ribs are great, and sandwiches are very good. Best BBQ around and one of our favorite places to eat in the area. Wonderful food, fast service, awesome employees who are always so friendly and helpful. Great place to take kids too, ours love the tenders and mac and cheese. So many tasty options. The rewards program is very generous too. Wings were really good until we noticed they had hair CLUMPS cooked into them. Found hair in the mac'n'cheese too. Staff at the counter was nice but all the tables were dirty and all the food had hair throughout it!!
