This Moe’s is awesome. I have been to this location several times. The food is always good, the service is always great. Today, however, is my daughter’s birthday, and JP went out of his way to ensure it was a special day for her. Thank you for such great service and your generosity. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I just wanted a stack. I didn’t mind spending the 40 bucks for delivery, never again I’ve never been this disrespected before. I should’ve gone up and made a fuss in their store for this burnt up poorly prepared food. My youngest daughter loves this place to eat; we always go for the stack. The service and food are consistently excellent, and they provide military discounts with proper ID. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Spanish workers in this location have the worst attitudes. They Frequently rush you when there’s no line. They slam things down when you won’t hurry up with your order. The worker obviously has a problem with black ppl and treats white customers in line completely different. I wouldn’t spend not one penny of my hard earned money here. This moes is a 2 star at best. Whoevers managing it does not care. Always out of ingredients, soda machine is often stuck in maintenance and it's always nasty, like it's never been washed. Always out of ingredients. The poor employees hardly ever know whats going on. Ive had to cancel entire online orders because the store didn't have steak, or pork. The walls have paint peeling off. Came here on a Tuesday afternoon. Service was quick and helpful and food was plentiful and well made. No real complaints, however I will say that the employees' were EXTREMELY nice here, gave me extra chips, and were courteous. Great service, definitely coming back here.

Standing water on the lobby floor. Standing water in bathroom. Food was great as usual. None of the 3 employees working spoke English. Had to translate through Google on their phone. Sunday 12/3/2023 at 2:10 PM I came in to place a to go order and was helped immediately by a man and a young lady. they both made my items to order and I went to checkout and thought it was kind of expensive for what I had just ordered but didn’t think anything of it until another man (JP) who I assume was the manager or person in charge started questioning the young lady about my order. This is where things go terribly wrong. He accused her of not adding the guac in my items to my total (which HE rang up and didn’t ask about what items I had in the first place to the other workers) he then started to just be hurtful in his teaching basically calling her dumb right in front of me!! I then called him out for being rude and she said “oh it’s fine this happens all the time :( !” Like are you kidding me ?? JP had such a bad attitude and after all that OVERCHARGED me for a third item and seemed to blame it on the young girl! WORST customer service I’ve ever seen by JP!! To the girl he insulted I am so so sorry and I hope everything works out for you !! MOES PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME IF YOU FEEL THE NEED ! The managers and the GM went above and beyond for us! Acknowledge me by my name for my order and we’re very thoughtful and apologetic about a delay in my order. Have gone 2x this week and loved the customer service!!
