Always a great experience at Moe's! I enjoyed every bit of that Burrito! I loaded it with all the ingredients I like, and it was delicious! When I checked out, the lady taking care of me was like, "This is the biggest burrito I have ever seen made here!" Let me start by saying I walked into Moe's to a line that extended to the door and there was only 1 person working in the ENTIRE establishment. I was on my lunch hour and didn't want to turn around to go anywhere else. I'm so glad I didn't, when I say he didn't miss a beat JOMAR was of fire to service to service each customer personally with a smile. A true MVP, The G.O.A.T of multitasking and working extremely well under pressure. In the line we all (other customers) were talking about him on how amazed we were at his skill set in a solo situation. He moved this line through seamlessly, from taking orders, to preparing orders to happily checking out each customer. This man deserves to be recognized by corporate and deserves a RAISE! Food was good. Moe's needs to stop trying to be Chipotle. Slowly going down hill. The soda machines were nasty. No tea at all. The ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Had I seen the bathroom before we ate we would not have eaten here. The toilet paper roller literally falling off wall. The toilet well nasty. There was also NO SOAP but lots of signs for employee hand washing. Everything about this bathroom said food poisoning. Grateful not sick. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Went to this location tonight. Arrived at 730. 4 employees and only one (Brittany) working while the other 3 were more focused on cleaning and closing a restaurant that was still open for another 2.5 hours. It took over 20 minutes to get our 3 orders and checked out. Brittany was very pleasant and did her best but unfortunately none of the other girls were helping her and very nasty towards her not rushing to close. They took all the sauces. One was literally working the grill and left both of the quesadillas just sitting on the counter. Brittany worked the meat, veggie, grill, and checked out. We were the only ones in the establishment. While eating others came in while yet again none of the employees helped and continued to put of food that was needed to make meals because they “werent working past 1020” place really needs to declutter and hire more professional people who are customer friendly and welcoming. The employee was nice. We got 2 entrees. The ground beef on one had two very long hairs in it. The whole place is very run down. It really needs deep cleaning. We hadn't visited a moes in several years and probably won't again. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

The food was ok, and the employees we're really nice and striving to give great service. They did seem to be understaffed and struggling a bit but that's definitely understandable as unfortunately for chain and franchise restaurants have been hit hard lately with the employment shortage. The manager was very nice friendly and professional especially to my toddler son, and the man that made our food was exceptional and working extremely hard. Friendly people. Filthy bathrooms. Dirty location that doesn’t look clean. Meat was room temperature. Food bins have old food hanging down everywhere. So apparently I paid over $13 for a kids size burrito. I will definitely need additional food from somewhere to fill me.
