I loved it, a different, delicious and fun way to eat. highly recommended. Very friendly staff, clean and cozy place. and seeing how they cook the ingredients you choose is quite a spectacle. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Good lord the prices have jumped up. We run a food service business and we aren't priced no where near this high. For 2 adults and 2 children 5 years old and 3 years old it was a total of $73. Last time we were there with 3 adults and 2 kids it wasn't this high. Food is good and service is good we were just floored at the cost of noodles some vegetables and a smaller amount of meat than what we put into our food that we serve.

Fun method of picking your food and them cooking it on a big hot griddle for you. The place isn't fancy, the food was honestly quite delicious, the service was decent, but I doubt we'll go back. We were charged $82 for 3 bowls of food and 3 basic drinks. Notice to Customers - if there are 5 or more in your party you will be charged an additional 10% on your oder just for walking in the door. We have no complaints with the food or cooks. However, service was terrible. We had to go find the server and ask for drinks. We asked for napkins and she brought 3 for a table of 14. We had to ask for silverware and she brought 5 sets. I don't have a problem paying more than 10% tip when the service deserves it. But when it is a mandatory gratuity and service was less than acceptable that is a problem. It may be because we are from out of town, it may be because we are just used to our local Mongolian, or it may be because this restaurant was unfortunately lacking. Our son loves Mongolian BBQ, so naturally, on vacation, we had to locate and have some for dinner. The staff was kind, and courteous. However, the options were lacking in regards to vegetables. Half the sauces were empty at the end of the line, and I was unable to get good a good flavor profile for my son or my dish. The gentlemen cooking on the grill seemed nonchalant and careless with the food as they went around the grill. My son, looked at me and said ‘mom! They’re losing all my vegetables!’ That was the hardest moment for me as a mom. Unfortunately, we had a less than excellent experience here. The food was bland, the egg drop soup wasn’t what I was under the impression it would be. It, of course, could have just been an off night for them. They have a great variety of ingredients available, including some very unusual/strange things like pepperoni and sunflower seeds... which I would hardly consider "authentic", but some people must like them if they continue to offer them! Their egg drop soup is different, more rich than most places, but still very delicious! 🤤 My only complaint, is that they use WAY too much water. Even if you try to add more sauce, they still use a lot of water and it waters down the flavor a lot! I know it makes the grill easier to clean later, but sacrifices a lot of flavor. No prices posted anywhere. A large bowl is over $20, medium almost $18. The meat is mislabeled and freezer burnt. The sauce was either flavorless or cooked off with all the water they put on grill. It tasted like nothing, no flavor whatsoever. The best part of the meal was the steamed white rice.

Called to see if it was an all you can eat. They said yes on the phone. When we got there we decided to stay even though it was not. Made up our bowl and when they put it on the grill they put so much water in with it, Didn't ask if I wanted teriyaki (which I'm not supposed to have) and put 3 huge laddles in. After cooking, they put my food in a large bowl which only filled up half way. When I got my bill, they charged me for a large. I asked if they were really going to charge me for a large bowl even though it was only half full and he said "yup."
