I came alone in the evening and the service was awful. It took an hour to get a salad and 20 minutes to get my bill. The food was okay, but they look blue because of the weird blue light. You cannot see the sea, but only the beach (unflattering to be honest) and only hearing the sound the waves. I understand the price cuz it’s a fancy hotel. But I expected the minimum service for the 2000 shillings I paid! Price per person KES 2,000–2,500 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Perfect place for a evening drink with Friends Located just near the beach We opted for the Tanga bar and Grill Which is one of the bars located inside the Reef Hotel Location and atmosphere is the ultimate point in this Service and food taste comes secondary We opted for the table near to pool facing the beach , evening breeze was wonderful Food items were served very late and even for taking orders it takes quite some time which was let down for the evening After few drinks we strolled the beach for some time even though the gates were locked for beach entrance upon request it was opened for us

Very slow service even with very few customers , we ended up leaving without getting our food because one of the waiter forgot to forward my order, the other waiter didn't even know the dishes on the menu. People from the beach bothered us to sell us a massage and weed. I also disliked the fact that you can't pay with money but you have to buy the tokens. Big NO Price per person KES 1,500–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was good. 1. The club is pretty chill. 2. The swimming pool doesn't crowd 3. The beach is accessible to anyone and the guys maning around are very efficient and professional. 4. The food is amazing!!! Pretty sure the ocean is calling you right now

Cool 😎 place to be. Offers the best music. Being right at the beach, it's wonderful to watch the waves and sounds and the ocean roaring in the distance and right next to your feet with the captivating beach sand. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Best DJ I’ve experienced in an East African night club! The drinks were reasonable and the atmosphere was amazing! We came for New Year’s Eve and even got to see Nviiri preform up close in a small venue. Overall great vibes and great location!

Great bar right on the beach with a great selection of drinks and really nice cocktails at reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit if you’re near by and want a nice place to chill and relax with a drink and lookout at the Indian Ocean.

If you want great food,and an amazing view on the beach,this is the place to go. Very affordable and the food is Amazing! I highly recommend the fried noodles with seafood,and the creamy spinach. The mashed potatoes are out of this world!! Price per person KES 500–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love the chill vibe especially on weekdays. Nice music. Good food!! Loved the loaded fries. The pork is really good too! Enjoy a cold beer by the beach as you listen to soft tunes in the background. Service is good... nice hosts. There is a band that plays on Sundays, although you have to get there early as it gets really really packed. Great place!
