The couple who owns this franchise are from Oahu, HI. They mentioned the owned Subway locations prior to this, so in terms of operations they know how to run a business :) The cookies were moist, chewy, and just plain delicious. They offer single cookies and even have a buy 2 get 1 free promotion. My kids like to buy the bag of mini cookies for $7.99. If I have special occasion coming up I’ll make sure to get a cookie cake. Every time I come to South Outlet I make it a point to get cookies. Let’s make the effort to support family owned places.

Premium outlet south mrs fields branch. Ordered 2 dozen cookies didn’t realize i had the nibblers which is cool i guess i have to order the bigger sizes. Well my awful experience started as soon as i arrived and approached the lady behind the counter sitting in the back corner on her phone. I greet with a smile eye to eye Hello om here for pick up. And told my name. And all i wanted is confirm my order and make sure it’s 2 dozen and ask the cashier to double check and how much i paid on the receipt. She hand push the trash bag looking black bag where the cookies are in. She said here you and thats it. I look at her and wonder is this really how it is here? Her response to me was kinda with an attitude and said oh i don’t know how much you paid and she was kinda laughing make me look stupid kinda reply to me. I said why it seems like instead of helping me?why the attitude? I told her she’s being rude and nasty. So done there i said i need to order more cookies. So while looking at the shelve display this cashier was helping another customer and she mouthed me off that i told her shes nasty wow Shes very unprofessional and not acceptable on telling other customers with what happened with other customers She was trying to get sympathy. Great. I came back and ask her name so i can report it to the management and her name is Sally. I went jan 18, 2024 time 4pm-4:30 pm. Mrs Fields can do better with their take out bags not this trash bags looking like. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
