Wonderful culinary experience! Prix fixe menu with extremely innovative and delicious dishes. The ingredients are local and very fresh, some from the chef’s own garden. Very cozy and warm atmosphere. My husband and I had dinner here this evening. The menu was set and every morsel of food and beverage was delicious. The ingredients were local, colorful and beautifully presented and the owner took the time to explain how the ingredients were used. Thank you also for your friendly conversation! I had such an amazing dinner! The restaurant is cosy and well designed. The owners have a lot of knowledge and passion for the food they serve. Every dish is a piece of art made from ingredients from their own garden. I highly recommend this restaurant. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

12/31 號預訂一個人位置沐森的環境整個簡約又清新菜單上很多食材是主廚自家種的其中我非常喜歡麵包、湯品跟海味飯其他餐點也是很不錯甜點不算 top 但還是好吃人力的關係上菜跟講解會稍慢不過我是覺得還好不算太大問題 $1200 的價位放在台北很難吃到這樣總之非常超值又好吃下次來長濱休閒一定會再訪 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1,000–1,200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

無論是環境還是餐點都相當喜歡！老闆自己種菜、自己養雞生蛋、還養蜜蜂產蜂蜜！每一道料理都能感受到店家的用心，連麵包都是老闆自己手做的！還有海鮮超級新鮮，太美味了😋 覺得老闆賣太便宜了，好怕他們虧錢啊～～下次來長濱還要來吃，推推推！ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

必須給滿分的用餐經驗👍 上菜速度拿捏的很好，老闆介紹簡潔扼要，意想不到的食材搭配，每一道都讓人驚豔，吃得到食材原本的味道，沒有太多調味方式，光老闆特調的醬汁就很加分，竟然還是寵物友善餐廳，可惜寵物去當天使了，真是相見恨晚。以這樣的價位跟餐點台南餐廳似乎輸了，期待下一集菜單，可愛的小花豹跟黑鼻下次見🤭 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1,200–1,400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
