Each time we have come here, the orders arrive incorrectly with items missing. Triage of orders are slack. Food is good but service needs work. Food is eaten and finished first before drinks arrive. Make sure you have time to spare if coming here. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Be kind people, although muffin break is short staffed (like everywhere) it’s not as simple as hiring more staff some places are struggling to afford wages right now. I’ve been a customer here for many years and have always had good customer service and coffee/Hot Chocolates. The staff always go out of their way to bring it to my drink to my table even when I’m getting a takeaway. Cya again soon muffin Break!

Please remove unrecyclable coffee cups from use! I thought this was a legal requirement now? Fingers crossed this will happen sooner rather than later. But the last time I visited, the service was great as well as the coffee (which was free, yay!) & I bought one muffin while also getting a free one - awesome, life keeps getting better!! I am lactose intolerant and I asked for a SOY ice latte, he read back to order correctly and when calling out my order again it was correct, all should be good, but when I took a few sips of my coffee I realised it was dairy milk, realising what was about to happen I made my way to the bathroom and proceeded to vomit the coffee back up cause my body can’t handle dairy.I’ve never had a bad experience with them before, the staff were lovely as always I will give them that, it’s just unfortunate that this happened Service Take out

I've had a brownie and a Louise thing, they're both very good and I've heard plenty of other good things about them. Not too expensive either, definitely not cheap. Also the brownie had nuts in which I wasn't a fan of but it was still good. It would have been nice if it said it had nuts in it though

The person who served me gave me the impression she did not want to be there, when I changes my mind on what I was ordering it bothered her and when I said thank you to her when she gave me my coffee and muffin she didn’t reply and swiped the table number off the table and walked away. I was polite and apologetic when I was ordering so I don’t understand why I got this type of treatment and cold shoulder.

Food was yummy which is why I give 3 and not 2 stars. Service left a lot to be desired. Ordered white tea, no milk supplied. Had to go ask for it. Ordered a Chai Latte with no cinnamon on top, arrived covered in cinnamon. Had to have it remade. Ordered a panini, not delivered. Had to go ask for it. Would go back, but service needs to improve

Won't be back. Ordered muffins from cabinet with plenty on shelf and when my order arrived, they had sold out. Asked how that happens when I had paid and order should have been completed. Useless service. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
