Hi. Ordered 2 quich cuppicjino and rooibos tea. She 1st gave a pot pie and took back and replaced with chic ken quich. Got in vehicle left. On n12 starting to eat saw she only put 1chick mushroom. Charge R169. Nobody answering this number

The service was excellent, even on a very busy Sunday afternoon. The portion size was huge. The lemon meringue and the cheese cake that my wife and I ordered was fresh and very tasty. On a previous occation, we ordered chicken livers on a croissant and it was equally excellent. Well done management and staff.

Excellent service from the gentleman behind the counter , very friendly and helpful . Only issue I had was that I ordered a Mince Filler and half way through the filler I bit into a sharp piece of plastic about 2cm in length. In my case I found it before it could do any serious damage to my mouth aside from a small cut. Need to have some sort of control over what gets put into the food , especially any sharp objects, not very impressed.

Cashier by the name of Esisipho was rude and aggressive, spoke in a very impolite and aggressive tone, walked away while we were placing our order with her. Rolled her eyes when we asked for decaf coffee. Screamed at other customers to not sit on their chairs. Never have I ever seen such degrading customer service at a Mug n bean restaurant before. I will advise you not to support this Mug n Bean, you will be disappointed at how they treat loyal, paying customers.

Divine food, the staff were friendly and eager to be of assistance. The omlette with salmon is not a regular on the menu but staff are always willing to be of assistance and provide. East rand mall was maintaining social distancing. Shoppers wore masks.

Excellent Cappuccino and baking/pastries. Always look forward to going there. Halaal. Most baristas are professional. Service is good and welcoming.
