This place is a must to visit when you are Cauayan, you like an excellent food in a very nice atmosphere. It is simply a must in this city. We visited the restaurant for the Valentine’s dinner (see picture of the menu). So we made a reservation in advance and got a nice table which was most likely reasonable since the place was at this evening very busy. Even then the waiters were very professional and focused. The food was in general delicious. A complementary glass of wine was provided as well. The portions were just right sized and nicely arranged on the plates. Two minor issues we experienced: the bone marrow was cold and the ordered sparkling wine had first to be chilled before it was served, which makes absolutely sense, but even then it was still warm. So we had to wait for our toast. Unfortunately the waiter didn’t point us to that fact of that this sparkling wine was “warm”! Then we would have selected one a “cold” one out of the huge list of sparkling wines. Despite this for sure we will come again! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

A fine dining experience. The interior is a Victorian inspired but the food is the best there is. The service is great you think the restaurant is there for 5 years but a year less old . The waiter will even help you place the napkins on your lap before serving the fire course. The steak is cooked right. Soft enough to cut and the texture is smooth when you swallow. Went here last December 2023 for our 9th wedding Anniversary. Indeed one of the best fine dining experiences in Isabela. Sumptuous foods!❤️ They are very accommodating and the al fresco dining made it even memorable for us. Price per person ₱2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just arrived in Cauayan and randomly picked this spot on Maps to eat with very little information or reviews, and wow - what did we just walk into??? A former school for the blind turned into fine dining establishment. A nicely manicured patio entrance leads to the main dining area with a large view of the kitchen. The woodcrafted furnitures are of exquisite quality and precisioned detail. The private rooms had different Victorian themes and color-schemes. The waterfall by the staircase was as amazing as it was soothing to the senses. The staff were excellent, what we initially thought was going to be casual, turned into a magnificent elitaire experience. The food. Well, the menu was expansive and covered various regional tastes so it was hard to decide on the spot. Figured to vary the selections so we had a ceviche, atlantic salmon salad for starters, the pasta alfredo and char kway teow for noodles, the Ilocano Patocillo for mains (we asked for a local fave), and the burned cheesecake for dessert, with a couple glasses of muscovado and cabernet. The Chef definitely knows what he's doing - just look at the pics. I'm honored to put this review down in its early existence and I sincerely hope this place reaches the top of the charts in Maps, Tripadvisor, and everywhere else on the web. If you're new into Cauayan, by plane or by car, you need to stop by here and experience it for yourself. Thumbs up to the owners, staff, chef!! This restaurant had it all - stunning ambiance and a mouthwatering feast! 🤤 If you're looking for a romantic evening, the al fresco dining was perfect, offering a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. ❤️ Our highlight was the Palace Noble Family Feast, fit for royalty (and hungry bellies!). It was a true culinary journey, starting with warm bread and hot soup, then exploding with flavor in the main course, and ending on a sweet note with dessert. We couldn't even finish it all, but every bite was delicious. 😋 To top it off, the service was impeccable. The servers were attentive, friendly, and always had a smile, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I strongly recommend making a reservation and placing an advance order (if dining with a group). The ambiance is incredibly homey, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The music played adds to the relaxing vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind. Their Fettuccine Pasta, it's an absolute delight! The flavors are rich, and I dare say it's the best pasta I've had in Isabela. I highly recommend this spot, especially for tourists from Manila looking for a place to chill. MultiCuisine is a culinary oasis, offerinh not just fantastic food but an experience that lingers. I must say, I'm honestly surprised to find a restaurant of this caliber in Cauayan City. Being relatively new to Isabela due to work, MultiCuisine has been a delightful discovery. It stands out as the finest dining establishment in the entire region, and I'm genuinely amazed it's located right here in Cauayan. While initially disappointed by the lack of tourist spots, MultiCuisine has become my go-to destination for a taste of local flair with an upscale touch - a perfect blend that rivals the food scene in Manila. My favorites include the flavorful Hainanese Chicken and the innovative Filipino Adobo Flakes. My husband, on the other hand, can't get enough of their Chaosan Char Kway Teow. Apart from the exquisite cuisine, what truly sets MultiCuisine apart is its outstanding customer service. The staff goes above and beyond, always ready to assist with a smile. It's a haven of hospitality. I've also had the pleasure of attending their Friday Buffets, an experience worth booking in advance as they're almost always fully booked. MultiCuisine has certainly earned my highest recommendation. A must-visit for anyone in the Isabela Region! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came back to Cauayan and first thing after checking in at the hotel was to head straight to MultiCuisine. This time the 3 of us had the Palace, a family-sized platter of various seafood and meats. Was really tempted to get the Empire - that included steak - but didn't want to waste what we couldn't finish. Needless to say the food was great. Oysters, mussels, fish, and calamari paired with chicken, pork, and a very delicious oxtail kare kare. The presentation was visually appealing, combining many different colors from a variety of vegetables and edible flowers. Had a bottle of muscato to give the sweet touch at the end. The service was warm and smiley as usual. Thank you! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₱1,600–1,800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely love MultiCuisine! The cozy ambiance makes it my go-to spot for a night out, especially in Cauayan City. Sipping on their cocktail drinks is a delight, and it's the perfect place to catch up with old friends, especially on a rainy night. The wide selection on their food menu is impressive, and the laksa is hands down the best I've tasted in a while. It's a must-try!
