Ordered food from the drive thru here, waited 15 minutes extra for my order to get to me and received the wrong order and food was cold. Worst nandos ever, Don’t recommend anyone to eat here. Also the sosatie meal wasn’t even cut? Terrible! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the worst place to order food, I recommend using another Nandos.. They have never gotten my order right but tonight was the worst experience I've had there. As a vegetarian that requested a vegetarian meal I had been served with chicken, which I suspect was out off disrespect as I did inform the cashier that every time I order the plant-based pulled chicken I get the veg patty. So this time around they decided to give me real chicken even after me pointing out my option on the menu, which I believe was out of spite as the cashier was also rude as she took the order. To save myself the frustration I will no longer be supporting this "Nando's". Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person R 200–250 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So disappointed, went to dine in and we ordered a chicken salad and chicken strips. I then decided to order 2 quarter chicken meals as a takeaway after instructing them that I wanted my meat well done. What we got when we got home was just a mess, the meat wasn’t grilled properly and it was white on some parts. I stopped ordering on ubereats from this place because they never follow the instructions you give but to see that they did that as well when I ordered in person is just plain ridiculous. Bought full chicken at North view centre Nandos and i asked for extra source which was my rights to ask for that, and they gave me dry chicken without even normal sources and taste lik chicken which stays long out of the fridge. I always enjoy the food from this branch. I usually order via the app and the chicken is always tasty. I dined in for the first time today and the chicken meal was lovely. Lizzy took our order and her service was lovely and she was very friendly. Patience and Thando (I think that was her name) were also very friendly checking up on whether we needed anything. All three ladies had a smile on their faces and as a customer this is most welcoming. Even though they were busy with drive thru orders and online orders, the manager checked up on each customer that was dining in and even she had a friendly smile when doing so. I ordered side pap and Nandos decided to take the leftovers and deliver this garbage for my family to eat. It literally looks like vomit. This is against health and safety regulations.

Terrible service, long wait time! How do you wait for over 15 minutes at a drive through to even place an order, another 5 minutes before you get your order! We would be dining in if we want to spend over 5 minutes at a drive through! Not the first time, clearly they’re not bothered by the bad service. They also run out of the salad side very early in the day! You get to the pay point they just show you the speed points, no greeting or telling you what your total is, they keep it moving like they’re doing you a favour Service Take out
