Used to be the best Nandos in the East rand. Not after today. We placed an order for R540 for a family 6 and sat waiting for the food after that for an hour wondering where is our food as people that walked in after us literally 10mins and they already had their food. Meanwhile they said there isn't an order processed on the system and I has to show them my invoice. Terrible service received in years. Always use to compliment and refer this nandos..but not after this terrible experience. 1 hour for sit an eat in at 2pm in the afternoon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

1/4 chicken and chips was hot and good The strip and rice was disappointing Small amount of chicken no sauce and Nothing to eat it with a spoon be nice Not worth it. But the rest of the order was good except no spoon for the hot pot aswell.

For the past few weeks, we have been getting the worst service ever. Ordered 1 single milkshake through the drive-thru, I waited over 10 minutes for my order and there was no one else in front of us. We then ate a few weeks later at Nandos and ordered a quarter chicken and a burger. Received the quarter chicken first, and the burger after 10 minutes or so when one of us had almost finished our meal. We're just told sorry for the delay as an explanation. Currently waiting at the drive-thru again while typing this. The lady took around 5 minutes before she could even take our order and she did that with the car in front of us as well. She just says that we must give her a few minutes, and then we wait just to have our order taken. Not to mention the wait to actually get our food. Not sure what's going on with this branch, but I don't think you guys understand the concept of a drive-thru. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The staff have zero motivation and initiative. There's no point pre-ordering for this branch. Customers literally walk out because of the wait. This store is bleeding customers and the staff have no issue with this. Probably because of bad management. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
