This was the worst churros I've ever seen and tasted, the taste of the churro was like a stale hard biscuit. Definitely not what I expected, the picture of the advertisements are deceiving. Terrible recipe, will NEVER order again or recommend this to anybody again. The restaurant manager was not even remorseful about the poor quality of the product. Service Delivery Meal type Other

Good service and great quality meals. Not a fan of burgers, especially at other Nando's since the buns are always dry and the fillet is over done but I succumbed due to everyone else ordering burgers. On Monday evening I bought 2 Full Chickens from Nando's along with 2 sides and I have to say that both Chickens were dry burnt and had no taste whatsoever and I'm not sure if the chicken was old as well cause my son had a stomach bug and had to be taken to the Emergency center at Mediclinic later that evening, I then decided to call them that same evening and the person who I spoke to on the phone had forwarded me to the complaints department and the person who I was speaking to from the complaints department told me that it has nothing to do with them because it's specifically directed to Nando's Scottsville, he then asked to take down my number so he can ask the manager at Nando's Scottsville to give me a call and my son al till today I haven't received any call from the manager this shows a lack of responsibility from the manager and very poor service from Nando's Scottsville, and in saying that I will make sure I do no more business with you and I will alert those close to me of the deficient service I have received from your store. I'm unhappy with the fact that there is no direct phone line to the store, you must go through some national call Centre that was super busy and I couldn't order before going into the store. Positive is that the store wasn't busy, and the order was quick. Thank you Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had bought a full chicken extra hot with 4 sharing sides + half chicken with a side but there was NO SAUCE in both, the cole slaw did not have enough mayonnaise I had also bought 1 strips and rice not sure how that will be because it was for my son who had to leave for college and the kiddies meal I had ordered did not have a juice, Or maybe you guys don't give juice with the kiddies meals anymore 😡😡😡😡 Service Take out Meal type Dinner

When u do a sit in u get the best service bit for tale away customers service is poor..i bought rice with straps today and when I got into the car there was no spoon and when I returned back to the store .the staff told me that she did not put the spoon bcos I did not ask for it ..howz that for attitude

Spent OVER R300 for a full chicken which was BURNT, DRY and absolutely tasteless! Just when you think it won't get worse , add dry day old chips to that! Level up!!!
