Wonderful local bakery. The breads are fabulous. Try the sourdough! Sandwiches are delicious! I love their chicken salad. The Monument Square corned beef sandwich is terrific. Visited on a Friday AM. Not too buy but steady. Food counter was not backed up and bakery take out was 2 ppl deep. 10 min in / out . Bread was excellent and half the price of buying it from the local farm stands. Absolutely a keep on our list. Unique bakery specializing in Nashoba Brook breads. Big windows allow visitors to see into the actual bakery. Other windows overlook scenic Nashoba Brook. Loaves of bread are for sale as well as sandwiches, specialty coffees, and the most delicious, creative pastries. We ordered a raspberry bar and something that resembled an eclair ("potato cake") but which had fresh strawberry slices under the cream and was topped by what tasted like chocolate marzipan. Exquisite! Customers must wait in line to order, which was a bit chaotic. We also had to wait a bit for a table because, even at 3:00 PM, all the tables were full. Parking is a bit of a problem because the parking lot is small and spaces can be hard to find, though there is on street parking. Follow the signs around the left side of the building to enter the bakery from the side the brook is on. Amazing little sandwich shop and bakery. My sandwich was superb after only a short wait. Fresh ingredients for a reasonable price. There were a few baked goods left at the end of the day as well as fresh baked loaves of bread. I took home a delicious French bread loaf. Only passing by or I would be back! Update Fall 2023: We come here once or twice a week for breakfast, and sometimes a sandwich for lunch- consistently delicious! Croissant breakfast sandwich is still our go to. Original review: Have come to Nashoba for breakfast a few times now, still have not gotten past how amazing their breakfast is. It's super consistent: home fries are hot, super crispy, well seasoned; the egg in the sandwich is always perfectly, slightly runny egg; the fruit always sweet. This place is such a gem!! I recommend biking here for breakfast in the summer and sit out in the back patio seating by the river. Also don't leave without a loaf of fresh bread and maybe a brownie for later. I was trying to place a catering order for 20 people and was hung up on because they only take orders 48 hours in advance and only online. Previously I placed a catering order online and they didn’t receive it because “no one checks that and it’s being updated” so I had to wait over an hour for them to put together my order. I was completely kind and understanding. But to be hung up on with no suggestion or kindness is shocking. I always loved this place and the food but will not be coming back. I am absolutely shocked. If I could give Nashoba's food and staff 100 stars I would. So delicious and the manager are super friendly. What a special place! The soups are unbelievable incredible: hungarian mushroom, cauliflower and cheese. The breads are perfection (we usually get the French loaf, rolls and sliced as well as the Harvest bread). Are you in west concord and you can’t seem to find a coffee shop that’s not a chain? If you are reading this, you are in luck! You found a great coffee spot! The bakery is nested in a brick building, hard to see from the street. You will need to look past the gas station and truck delivery space. Just walk towards the building, it’s there! When you go inside it feels like you found a little secret. Food is great, good vibes, and the people working are kind. Highly recommend stopping in, but get there early if you want a large selection of baked goods!

From the parking lot, it is an abandoned building. As you walk past the side, you see through the widows that this is, in fact, a bakery. Then you take a right at the creek and enter what could only be called a great coffee shop and bakery. Got a coffee and scone and couldn't be happier. Will be back to try more things another weekend. Update: *do not order at the self-service kiosk* if you are getting drinks! They will not be made for 30 minutes, your hot meal (ready in 15) will be long gone and consequently you'll be dying of thirst. It seems that the ticket for food indicates a kiosk order (so they know you are waiting) but the ticket for drinks says online and it'll be held off. - Delightfully cozy, with delicious coffee, sandwiches that impress, and beautiful bread. Despite living a short walk away, I never would have noticed this place or have been encouraged to stop in without browsing Google maps. Now it's my favorite local lunch place. (Online ordering makes it easy for groups). Breakfast is also served until noon.
