I ordered a cake with special instructions and when I received it, the script was very squiggly. I was a little bit disappointed and told the baker that I didn’t like it. He tells me that I insulted his work. I ask the lady if I can get a refund and she tells me to come after 5pm only for her to say she doesn’t give refunds and they only give store credit!!! If you’re going to make an order ahead of time, don’t pay for it right away, wait until after you see how your order looks because it will save you a headache in the long run.I ended up going to the Decicco’s bakery in Pelham and I was definitely satisfied with the cake that I had purchased :)

I have been this bakery before and it was good but today I bought some pastries . The cream puffs do not have a white delicious cream inside ,instead there was a yellow cream that usually used for Napoleon pastry , so the taste of cream puff is very bad with yellow cream inside , and also other creamy pastries the taste was bad and too much sweet with not a good taste. I wish I could have returned all this one pound pastries. I lost $16. I won’t be back here at all. Also the price was too high with this low quality pastries.

I randomly ordered sweets for delivery one night because I had cravings. I’ve never been to this bakery but I will be back! All of their deserts were fresh and moist at 8pm! And they tasted great the next day as well which I was happy about because I ordered too much for one sitting!

Home bound due to sciatica and needed a birthday cake for my loving wife of 52 years. So I ordered a strawberry short cake and it was delicious. Plenty of strawberries, moist, beautiful presentation. Will make this bakery my go to for all my bake needs. Thank you NRB.
