Had a chicken chilli and basil with rice dish from Nikki, she was very friendly and offered to refill rice if I needed. Only thing I would have a bit more basil for my taste. Otherwise service & value excellent, great she has dishes and cutlery creating less waste. You can find her cart in Kirby Lane. Dunno why there aren't more reviews of this place. I came back to Nelson after 10 years and the Pad Kapraow here is the one thing I was looking forward to during the drive. The lady is lovely too

This is one of the best Thai food that I’ve had. You don’t need to go to a fancy Thai restaurant to taste authentic flavours of Thailand. Don’t know where it is? Just follow the irresistible aroma flowing down Hardy street and see Nikki at work right in front of you. We had the Green Thai chicken curry.

Poor lady works all by herself and she was so busy when I went there. But she was fast, three meals at a time, and the food was good with a generous portion. Shed also nice and friendly despite being busy, and had regulars she interacts with and regrets their orders. Great.
