Restaurant freshly new we went in during the grand opening. Service was nice and polite, with no menu. You have to scan the bar code to place an order. I actually like it that way. The food was good. We ordered cucumber salad, garlic pork, beef noodles soup, and dry noodles dish, which was spicy 🌶. Hoping this location can have success! Decided to give the Federal Way location a try since it was the middle point between my friend and I. They have mobile menu and ordering which is a plus for me. You do pay up front when you’re done with your meal. The food was excellent! Very tasty, spicy and just the right amount of oils to provide an appetizing meal. The wontons and dumplings were all delicious and very filling despise their small appearance. I had the Nine Way Noodles and was not disappointed. The service was really attentive and provided a lot of great tips! Such as recommending to double dip the dumplings, testing our spices, and etc. Overall had a great experience and would definitely try again as it was a soft opening, a lot of the dishes I wanted to try were sold out. This place has a very nice vibe to it the service was ON POINT! Their pork belly was so flavor full & so tender it literally melted in my mouth AND Their handmade dumplings were BOMB. Noodles? You already that hit the spot too. Best spot for comfort food & a perfect date night. The chef came out looking over the customers from the front desk with the cutest smile on his face very wholesome man you can tell he loves what he does. Love nine way Eat here people!! Oh my goodness, I am so happy they opened up a store in Federal Way. Their first store is based out of Redmond eastside where a lot of the delicious Asian eateries are located. But now that they're closer to home this is going to be a frequent repeat for us. I love that they have an option to do less chili oil for people who can't handle too much spice. Ordering is a breeze using the QR code at the table, and service is friendly and fast. The wonton wrappers are so delicate and thin, you also have to try the Nine Way noodles if it's your first time. Even on a hot summer day, the braised beef noodle soup is delicious. Can't wait to try their other items next time. Tried it through door dash first and was really impressed how on point and delicious the noodles and wontons were. So we decided to go in person and let me tell ya, cute little restaurant, it feels and seems very clean and we were greeted with the most warm smile and they accommodated our little group with a stroller comfortably. We had tons of questions about the spices and flavors and what waiter explained to us was what we got, spice levels are perfect. Food is delicious, comforting and cooked just right and prices are very affordable. By now we've tried nearly everything on the menu (between dine in and delivery) and enjoyed every dish. The food was delicious! They have a customize your own hotpot which is the perfect size for two. Their dumplings were amazing and the highlight of the meal. Since everything is ordered through the QR code, there is only one waiter. But he is very knowledgeable and patient with you. If you are not sure what to order he has great recommendations aswell. For beverages skip the soda! They have some unique bottled drinks that are sweet that cut through the numbing spiciness. Bathrooms are VERY clean.
