Today is my birthday and my family took me and my siblings here and boy was it amazing. The waitress and waiters were all very nice and kind, the men who grilled were fun and played with us because we are all under 13 so that was a really nice feature. Talk about the food! All made right before your own eyes and was amazing portion, taste, freshness. Great place I recommend for couples and even family’s as a kid under teen I am amazed on how nice it was. Came on a Sunday afternoon. Felt guilty bringing a chef out to hibachi when we were the only 2 in hibachi area, but they were very accommodating. The chef, Ajar, was very upbeat and entertaining - that's what hibachi is about. Each hibachi meal comes with a bonus of 2 shrimp - nice touch. They also gave us noodles in addition to fried rice. Huge portions, we split a meal and could not finish it. Waitress was on lunch break but still insisted on helping us. Great service! Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was wonderful. People were so nice and welcoming. Our Chef Omar was the best and we highly recommend apple sake! We were recently in St. Louis for a visit from abroad and my kids really wanted Hibachi. This place did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the show did not disappoint. The chef was so nice to all the kids at the table. Then the next day I came back for just sushi with a friend and it was equally as tasty!

This place is mediocre at best when it comes to hibachi. I should have been worried when there were more people in the restaurant side than the hibachi side. The only good part of the experience was being seated before our reservation time. My husband and I went to Ninja for Valentine’s Day on the recommendation of a friend, and I don’t think we will be back. We wanted a nice Valentine’s Day dinner and we were seated at a table with a toddler and two other children when there were plenty of other tables to seat us. Our drinks were reasonably priced but lacking in alcohol and they took forever to get to the table, the waiter forgot to bring us the soup and salad which was fine because the creamy ginger dressing was gross and the soup had a weird taste. Our chef was nice and did all the things but the food was not very good, the fried rice was simply rice with egg, salt and pepper, no vegetables, the noodles also lacked vegetables, and there weren’t any mushrooms. I ordered the filet and shrimp and the shrimp were fresh and not fishy tasting and the beef was terrible, the cut wasn’t great so it had to be cut into very small pieces and it was doused in sauce which made it worst. This was the first time I’ve never taken home my hibachi leftovers and it made me miss Beni Hana so very much!!! If your looking for a date night do not go to this place, also if you’re looking for good cuts of flavorful meat do not go to this place. It’s the cheapest hibachi we’ve ever had and now we know why. One of the best Hibachi experiences in STL. It has both hibachi and regular restaurant. Omar was amazing creating a show for food buds and our eyes. They didn’t have sea bass but choosing swordfish was even better! Many kids choices, fish, vegetable and meat! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

The crab Rangoon is basically panda express. The tuna and spicy tuna mix is not the right color and super mushy. Pot stickers small but good and the noodles from hibachi were super mushy as well.
