Wait time for food on a Sunday evening was 1.5 hours. We were told by our waiter that they are short staffed. We’ve never been let down by the El Segundo location, so we thought Torrance would be just as good. Our family was visiting from Hawaii and it was a let down that this location did not live up to the service. My husband and I decided to have a spontaneous date night in the middle of the week, and this restaurant was the perfect choice. We didn’t have a reservation, but we were seated immediately, Yay! We kicked things off with drinks and an appetizer, and the meatball appetizer was absolutely delicious! It arrived at the perfect temperature, and the flavors were simply delightful. For our main course, we both went with pasta. I chose the braised short rib lumache, which was incredibly tasty. My only minor gripe was that the portion size seemed a bit small, but I might just be a bit greedy! Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta. The service was excellent! We were greeted promptly, and our waiter was attentive throughout the meal. The ambiance was relaxing and had a touch of romance to it, making our evening even more enjoyable. Went to go celebrate with family and friends. Food was delicious and delicious. The service was excellent and they had extra help bringing our food. We had drinks and celebrated.
