Easy to find location, in a shopping center that has been around for decades. The staff was very friendly, and I was easily able to order our cakes online in advance. This place was totally worth the cost, in my opinion.

Wonderful staff/owner. Very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. My last visit included a very rude woman with no manners cutting off everyone in front of her. Owner handled it extremely well and told her she would have to wait and she became visibly angry and slammed the door on the way out of the store. Owner then locked the door as it was closing time so she would not come back tonight. We recommend the mini bundlets and full size cakes for all occasions. The flavors are very delicious and the prices are great.

Walked in and saw a large red velvet cake with a large, yellow flower sitting in the glass showcase. I pointed to it and said “I will take one of those and will pick it up Friday afternoon before closing”. Paid in advance and picked up on Friday afternoon as planned. Evening rolls around and getting ready for party, open the box and there’s a big void in the center of the cake and no yellow flower! I called the store and was told “the flower costs extra”. Nobody mentioned this when I bought the cake. When I point to an object on display and say “ one of those” I don’t expect it to be void of any major features. I put some fresh cut flowers in the cake and went on with the show, but I was certainly a bit disappointed when I opened the box. 3 stars because the cake was good. Minus 2 for the “bake” and switch, whether intentional or not.

I have been coming to the Laguna Hills location for years and have never had a problem until today. When I walked in there were 2 employees in the store, one helping a customer and one stocking the display case so I waited patiently, then another customer came in and then another until there were 4 of us waiting! When he was finished the last one in line walked up and said I just want to pick up an order and instead of you'll have to wait your turn he asks her her name and says anyone else have an order which the other 3 said yes we do. So he takes their name and goes in the back for awhile. Now I'm starting to get upset, he comes back out with 2 orders and asks the other 2 their names again, looks at me and then goes in the back, comes back with 1 order and tells the other he couldn't find it then looks at me and wants to know what I want and I say 2 buntlets and nice customer service and he says do you know how busy I get? And I say it's not 1st come 1st serve is it? It's whose spending the most money on an order! The sad thing is I think it was the owner which tells me I don't need to come here!

Amazing service! They delivered a cake to a relative, waited to make sure the person was home, called me with an update (I live out of town), and were so helpful. This is the second time I've had a great experience with them. The cakes are delicious too!

I ordered a cake and was 8 minutes late picking it up unfortunately. I understand that the store closes at 6 pm but the service that I was or wasn’t provided was childish and immature. I walked up and one person who was standing by the door walked away and the other was mopping and after knocking on the door multiple times and seeing me he kept mopping. We stayed parked near the store and a woman knocked and they let her in right away. My wife tried to go and they avoided her too, the employees, one female, and two male, were peeking around the corner and then looking away. It was something I would expect from a young child. They didn’t have the courtesy to say I’m sorry or even be able to let us pick up a cake that was already paid for online. They were still people inside, it was just a handoff that was needed. Very disappointed with the service, won’t be returning again.

Always a fan of nothing bundt cakes! The staff at this location are very helpful and friendly. Snickerdoodle, lemon, carrot, and chocolate are my personal favs :)

The best cakes I've ever had! Great variety of flavors and sizes of cakes, and the employees are fantastic and friendly. Try the towers of cakes- you can pick 3 flavors (makes the decision easy). Highly recommend!
