I wasn’t able to be home for my birthday so I ordered mini bundts for my friend and I for my birthday. They were fantastic folks & delicious bundts!! I also got a coupon for a free Bundt cake for my birthday before my order was ready and was able to pick that up too. We had sweets for days!!!! I placed an order for delivery and hadn’t been delivery’s for the time frame I selected. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Erica. She went over and beyond and she said she would deliver it. (I didn’t know it was a third-party that delivered the product). Thank you so much, Erica!!! Each time we've come the staff have always been so friendly and helpful. I went in trying to buy those bundlet things with my husband today around 3:00, one of the cashiers made me feel rushed a younger girl tried to come and help me and the older cashier kept trying to cut me off and the other girl off.I usually shop in McAllen and love to buy from this company but I sadly will not be coming back to this Weslaco location due to this lady being rude to me and her co workers. I parked and got off the car and as soon as the employees (5 females) saw me park they ran to the door to lock it. It wasn’t 7 pm yet and there was other customers inside the store. They had to unlock the door for the customer leaving and as they opened the door I asked if it was closed and well by then it was 7 pm. Horrible customer service. They were rushing to leave out of there . Can’t allow a client to just make a purchase they gotta go rushing to lock the door.
