I only remembered at 5:30p that I need two dozen cupcakes for my kid's class celebration the next day, called them, and they were able to wait for me to pick up before they close at 6pm. I really appreciate that. And what's better? These are definitely a big hit, they LOVE how sweet and moist the cupcakes are. Thank you!

First of all this company does make some tasty cakes. But we had a problem this time. I ordered a cake ahead of time for a birthday. When I arrived they didn’t have the cake ready at all. I received an awful explanation. Service is real stale and dry. Won’t return to this location. Compensation was coupons for free bundlet. Yeah!!!! I love this place. Every creation is made with love. Hand-made moist and yummy down to the last crumb. Placing your order online for pick up is fast and easy. The only drawback is parking because the lot fills up the fast. Customer service is done with a smile. The staff is not friendly at all they never smile ....life can be tough but geeesh be nice and kind !!! Greet with a smile ....then again if its fake lease give a smirk and say Thank you!!!!!!
