Disappointed, and kinda gross. The wrapping of my bagel had stuff all over the outside presumably from the "bench" it was made on or the gloves of the person making/ wrapping it. Just makes me question the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workers. The food was ok, portion was good, bagel had a weird bumpy texture to it. On the plus side the bagel didnt have an undertone of cinnamon raisin that I often find gets transferred in cooking and toasting. My breakfast bagel sandwich was delicious. I got ham, egg and cheese (swiss). The sandwich was also really big. The person taking my order and helping me was very attentive to my food allergy, which was comforting. I'll definitely return to try other things! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I’ve ordered from them four times delivery. Three of the occasions were wonderful. Delicious and well made. Absolutely fabulous bagels. Today was the opposite. Why would the bottom of my toasted cinnamon bagel be covered in poppyseed? There were flavors on the outside that should not have been there like garlic too…. It was like they cooked the cinnamon bagel perfectly and then smooshed it into a pan full of every spice or topping available: well, the real problem was that it was covered in poppyseeds — the bottom layer. I didn’t know that and took a big bite. I have a medical condition that does not allow me to eat poppy seeds. I am anxious. I hop the Framingham Ma NYBF workers realize that when one makes a careless mistake and allows food like that to go out to the consumer —- it could have very serious consequences. There’s no way they didn’t know they did that. I have attached a photo. I’d like to know why this was sent to me. Service Delivery Food: 3

i love this place. i LOVE. this place. i bring every friend i know to this place because it's so good, it's like a sacred pilgrimage and all my friends love it too, we are all always like "man i wish we had a bagel right now" and then we realize it is in our power to eat a really good bagel so we do. i think i come here like every other day. one of my favorite bagels ever. i love their cream cheese i love the everything bagels. i really truly love this place so much no critique. everyone there is very kind and i've never had to wait more than like 5 minutes no matter how busy it is. yum. also really good coffee. i wish they did merch so i could wear the merch everywhere. What a find off the islands of Manhattan and Brooklyn... By far the best bagel I've had outside the five! To top it off, their iced coffee is served with ice cubed COFFEE! My suggestion, don't get a muffin, get TWO BAGELS! FOLLOW me on Instagram @AbiteOUTwithJACK

Average bagels and terrible service. We placed an order a day before and paid by credit card (with tip). The bagels were already in a bag when we picked them up. When we opened the bag at home, we realized that the bagels were different from the ones we had ordered and one bagel was missing. When we called, they offered no apology. They just said they had run out of certain bagels and fulfilled the order with whatever was left. They obviously didn’t think they should at the very least let us know ahead of time and give us a chance to change or cancel the order.

When I walked in and heard Anuel playing I knew it was going to be epic! As a New Yorker, I must admit I was impressed by the flavor and crunchy texture of the bagel, even got some specialty cream cheese and chicken salad! The staff was super friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely love this place. Would give them 10 stars just because they make coffee ice cubes! Thank you for being amazing and bringing greatness to Framingham. The bagels and sandwiches are delicious and I love seeing the big water basins when walking in. So cool the water makes all the difference ❤💛🤎

Definitely the best bagel place in the area. Bagels are consistently good, we love the egg everything bagels. The prices are reasonable and the plain and veggie cream cheeses are top notch. Food: 5

The atmosphere is slowly declining. The ambience and service is poor.. loud Latin music playing which is a bit too much in the AM. The service is average at best and the bagels are above average Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
