I love this place. I always make a point to eat here when I'm in town. It is nice being able to watch the chef prepare your dinner as you sit comfortably at the bar sipping a nice drink. I recommend the Negroni for a drink. The schnitzel is my go-to meal but everything is good. Be sure to check the specials board. Choices for all dietary types can be had. Wonderful restaurant located in the old part of Vasteras. We came to try a bit more of the local Swedish cuisine and we were not disappointed. The service was quick and the staff is very friendly. The ambiance is quite relaxed so it is good to come for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Really good and not much to complain about. The comments are the meatballs a bit compact and the bread in the beef Tartare a bit to crunchy with a taste of burnt. Enjoyed the Halibut main course with a glass of Austrian Grüner wine which was a nice pairing. Food was delicate yet vibrant in flavors and textures. Finished off with a Macchiato and a chocolate truffle. Great service and food, I just did not have enough patience to wait for the chocolate truffle to soften.... so I fought it with my fork.
